Myself and my boyfriend have been using this bank for years and we were the type of people that don't really care for banks in general. But they make us feel safe and are always so kind, give us great customer service. I appreciate the help you have given the both of us. I appreciate that this bank feels like a small town bank! I love that, I love lindell bank, they are the best!

I am not much for reviews but in this case I had too. I hope this person sees the reviews and it helps them improve. I walked in yesterday to open a business account. This person didn't even greet me, just started telling me the things I need thinking I didn't have it. Well, it's not my first time opening a business account. I was looking to switch my BOA accounts over to this place. But I would strongly recommend not doing business with this bank. I am sure they'll love you if you have 28 accounts with them, but they will treat you like p*** if you don't. I don't need you to love me, I just need that mutual respect. The security guard was more helpful then she was. Stay away from her and this bank.

I stopped in to see if getting a money order was possible if I wasn't a customer, since I bank online. It wasn't, and that's what I expected to hear, but what I didn't expect was that the teller and another employee actively helped me brainstorm where I could go to get a money order. I had already been to Schnucks and Target, as well as Bank of America. They were so kind and helpful, really going above and beyond. If I ever choose to get a brick-and-mortar bank, you bet I'll go to Lindell.

As a teller, I never handled these types of situations. I am still a customer and should not receive poor customer service. It has been 4 days and my Netteller still has not been set up. When I did work there the Bank Manager (Ken Shaw) did set up and handle Nettellers. I reported him for harassment so this is the retaliation the bank allows to continue even after I have left the bank and chose other employment.

I have had nothing but issues with this bank since it took over my previous bank. I have been embarrassed I don't know how many times from my card getting declined because it says the funds haven't went though yet even after I put $500 in ny account. I also got told I couldn't cash a check if that exact amount wasn't available in my account, which I did for 6 years with my old bank before lindell took over. Now I can't buy my kids christmas presents because my finds are what, stuck in limbo. If you're ever thinking of using this bank DON'T. They hold YOUR money hostage.

I agree with it feeling like a small town bank with great service. They were proactive when Schnucks had the problem with customers' cards being compromised; I received a new debit card in the mail without having to request one. Our scout group also chose them since they were the easiest to work with when opening an account for a new troop.

I'm so disappointed in the bank online app. It serves no purpose if the bank is closed. I lost my debit card after hours and was unable to contact the bank to report it stolen or lost. Because after business hours you can only leave a message if you don't know your party extension. So while someone is out there using your card you're just leaving a message to the bank about it that serves no purpose. How is leaving a message going to help me stop somebody from using my debit card? I could not even turn my card off to stop someone else from using it. I was lucky to have my account number and routing number to transfer all my money out the bank to another debit card

If it weren't for the Rockwood ladies, I'd go elsewhere. I got in line this an. The 3 Stalls had 1 car each. 7 cars that weren't there when I got there went ahead of me. I'm still waiting. They'd better open up the inside soon. People in Jeff County, Mo don't wear a mask anyway.

Five star service. Friendly bank tellers. Excellent APR's on savings accounts. And not too costly on loans and checking account fees.

This has been my bank since they bought our small town bank, Concord Bank. They made a great transition, and every time I go in there, it still feels like my small town bank. They still know who we are and still give the same great service!

Nasty people. They do not care about customers, no matter how long you have been with them. Pulled my money from this bank and would love to warn you before you go through the same situation I did.

I called Lindell Bank the other day to have them send an annual summary of my father's account so I can prepare his taxes which are already in an extension status. They have all of his papers but they said I must come in. In addition, I inquired about other bank accounts which I had statements for that my father held at Lindell Bank that I just discovered in his files. In my phone inquiry, they refused to give me any I formation saying they didn't have them in their computer. When given the bank account numbers and the remaining balances, they refused to send something to me stating that they were closed. The accounts had varying balances of $5k to $10k in them in my father's name. Not only did they refuse to send something to me stating they may have been closed but they were not helpful at all and told me to come in and take care of it. Folks, if a bank can't help your children settle your accounts when you pass away, why bother using that bank? Looks like I will have to go in person and obtain the information which is like pulling teeth with Lindell Bank.
