Just wanted to take a minute to share about ***'s Auto Repair. I have been a customer of ***'s for about two years. I have been to the *********** center and now regularly go to the North ******** shop. I go for most normal maintenance procedures, inspections and repairs, when needed. **** and ****, at ********, have always taken the time to answer my questions, given me my options, when present and have not tried to upsell me on things that aren't needed yet, In other words they have been fair and honest with me. The work has always been done in a professional manner and in a timely way. **** knows me on a first name basis and that is friendly and good, old fashioned service and good business. Their long, family owned history and mission statement are taken seriously. Thank you all---you are appreciated. ************

I will never go there again... Absolutely took my money and had no idea what they were doing besides hanging parts to see if it would fix the problem.Took my car to the dealership and they fixed it correctly and 3rd of the price.

Just left after getting new tires and some other maintenance taken care of. Len's is responsive to phone calls and values customer service. The pricing is reasonable and they've earned a repeat customer.

I've spent so long trying to find a car shop that actually knows what they're doing and talking about. But also really cares about their people. I mean they make me feel like I'm apart of the family. I trust them with my car. I appreciate Katie so much. Thanks for all the GREAT work you all do.

2006 Green Honda Element. 230,000 miles. Oldie but a goodie. Musicians car. John has always provided exceptional service. I just had my radiator and broken axle replaced. Good to go for another 100,000 miles... I hope??Services: Exhaust

They were nice enough to fit me in the next morning for an overall inspection before I put 2000 miles on my car. Thomas was great and very friendly, but their lead mechanic wouldn't even talk to me, except he was so friendly and would strike up a conversation with everyone else who entered the shop. Perhaps it's his first time seeing an Asian out in his neighborhood.Their inspection system was nicely summarized and were pretty detailed. The only bad thing was that they did not catch the bad engine mounts, which is very noticeable even at idle, which kind of lowered my trust in them, but overall I think they are a trustworthy shop. Thomas didn't pressure me to get things replaced right away but that they should be looked at down the road.However, when they gave me estimates, it was considerably more expensive than other shops, including the dealership. I ended up replacing the front brakes and rotors at the dealership with OEM parts for much cheaper than they quoted me.

Katie worked on my CRV twice in the last month. She is great. Both times the repairs were done quickly and I don’t worry about the repairs done right. She really knows what she is doing. She is the best!!!! She deserves a raise for her customer service which was excellent!Services: Tires

Called to get an estimate and they said they don't do estimates without first checking the vehicle themselves. Fuel pump went out, I know the fuel pump is out. They wanted me to pay for them to tell me the fuel pump went out. I understand sometimes diagnostic is necessary, but when you call for, let's say a tie rod, you see the tie rod is bad you know you need a new one but they would require you pay them to tell you what you know before paying them again to fix it.

My tire got punctured and I needed to see if it could be plugged or needed to buy a new one. Lens squeezed me in, found it could be plugged, and fixed me right up. I'm so appreciative of their service and fast turnaround. I am a social worker who was in a bad bind and they took care of me. I will be bragging to everyone about them!

Service was professional and friendly.Labor rates and parts were significantly marked up.Overall they did a great job of getting me out the door quickly but will not use again unless I have to.
