I had been going there for years, many years. I had a really nice weeding ring set that I bought from Easten Loan right down the street which I paid 2500,00 for. My grandson was vacuuming and my ring got destroyed but I later found the diamond. Wanted them to fix the mound and put the diamond back in. Well they took my ring to the repair man inside the repair room, when they came back they had switched diamonds on me. I called the police and went back to Easten Loan, and they said they couldn't tell if the diamond they gave me was real. I know exactly what my diamond looked like because it had a break in it which was very distinctive. Nevertheless, they gave me back my diamond and I have never been back. They are thieves and low key racists also very unprofessional. Doesn't mean anything because blacks work there. They put them in there to work with us so they don't have too. I will never ever go there again.

I was impressed by the place. The don't actually buy jewelry which is disappointing to me. I was also told they only buy gold. You can sell silver for $0.25 per their standard weight. Well not here.

These people are so rude and have No clue what they’re doing or looking at. So if you’re going out of your way to driving the hood because of the radio, claiming they offer the best prices, you will be sadly disappointed.

They are very friendly, reasonable and fair. They fix jewelry for a fair amount. This is the only jewelry store I will deal with.

Absolutely worst place to take your things for; whether USED OR NEW. They will not even attempt to give you a fair price on anything and will be absolutely blatant about it.To give my experience as an example; I am a licensed electronics reseller and oftentimes I need to liquidate large inventory. A lot of times, they are brand new, factory sealed equipment. To make the example even more specific, the shop owner told me he would only give $50, (yes, $50!!) for brand new Xbox Series Xs. That they were currently selling USED for $400!!Most pawn shops will give you 10-40% retail / resale value, and 50-60% if you're a return or good client. This man offering $50, which is not even 10% of the Series X Bundle's $550 retail price, with a smug face, is beyond disrespectful. Disgusting, and I honestly believe it was because he understood I was a professional and knew what I wanted. I offered the shop 40% introductory just to introduce good faith business; which they spat in my face instead. They can respectfully suck my *flowers*

I must say Lee"s been around a long time I purchased a ring when I say ,they allowed me all the time I needed they did. I love my ring I wish I could have gotten it to my size do to the craft of the ring I couldn't but as a whole they came thru ???
