When I read reviews for Labcorp honestly I was disappointed but this location staff very professional and fast . I visit here for blood draw for my family members it took just 15 min. High professionalism and service . Thank you very much .

I was there for an appointment on a Saturday morning. Check in was very easy. My insurance doesn't give real insurance cards, but I did print my own copy and folded it so the machine could take a picture of it. I'm thinking I could have also used the copy on my phone. My wait time was minimal. The staff there was friendly and professional. I highly recommend and would go there again, no problem at all.

I’ve made 7 calls in 2 days. Left messages too. Can’t get a soul to answer the phones or return a call so I can schedule an appointment

Not a good option for pediatric patients. I understand my 18 month old can be a lot but this was a traumatic event for everyone and I will not be going back.

I just left and had a great experience. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Beverly as my phlebotomist. She was so sweet! She was gentle and kept me distracted (needles scare me). I always have a pleasant experience at this location. Thank you!

I'm sorry for the others who gave Labcorp @ 28 Ronnie's plazaa bad report, but we've had outstanding help from all the ladieswho draw my wife's blood about every 5 weeks. This lab is ourfavorite! I don't consider their waiting room to be dingy eitherso put all that in yer pipe & smoke it, eh?~

This place is horrible they have no system. You check in and sit for a hour or longer just waiting. They call patients every 30-45 minutes. I’m not sure what takes them so long to process patients but something needs to be done.

Easy check in with mobile. Technician was friendly and actually able to stick me correctly without ripping my arm apart. Will come back if further tests are needed from my pcp. Great experience!

We've had multiple problems with this location. They've lost the order even after the doctors office faxed it over multiple times, calling the office while we're there to get orders clarified and even bringing in copies of the order. They've lost blood after it was drawn. The labs just continued to be in process forever and had to be redrawn. We've tried to call this location to find out if orders are in correctly before wasting a trip there. Called the office multiple times and let it ring forever with no answer. So, my husband was in the area and decided to just stop by, he went in, knocked on the door and window, waited for someone to respond and no one ever did. There is only one person here that is half way decent and I rarely see her.If my insurance would let me go somewhere else I would never return. Super unhelpful staff.

My urine results finally posted after over 40 hours. My doctor and I were both concerned about the time and were wondering if something had gone wrong.Instead of a sealed urine cup with a designated drop-off location like I had when I'd get testing done at a hospital, I peed into what is essentially a coffee cup and was instructed to leave it on top of the toilet.The communication around the results was awful.During business hours at the end of the next day, I called the location to ask about my test results, but the phone system just says that results are available on their website when complete and the customer service line goes straight to voicemail.I created a LabCorp patient account to see if I could get information about the delay, but until the results posted, there wasn't a shred of information even to confirm that I had visited LabCorp on that date.

Once I got in it was adequate. The problem is the wait. They have 3 chairs so half the people had to stand, and it's a long wait. In the 40 minutes I was there, 4 people walked out.
