2/17/2024Had a wonderful experience at the LazyBoy store in south county. Josh was our salesman, and he was nice, patient, and very knowledgeable. So many options involved in picking out a recliner. They were able to change the fabric, the color and whether or not you wanted it in manual or to have power! Would always use them, and will always refer them.4/18/2024Update! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! After waiting almost 7 weeks to get the recliners….they were delivered. After 2 hours of sitting in it, my husband says this is not the same made recliner I sat in at the store.This one is not nearly as comfortable or padded. I know when you sit in the displays, they’re a little more broke in, so I told him to give it some time. After 2 weeks, my husbands back starts hurting. He says he can feel every piece of wood in the back of it! All the motor parts and it’s just miserable to sit on. So I contact the store, speak to the manager, and he says since it’s been longer than 3 days, they will have to contact “Comfort Care”, the “extended service” we purchased on top of the $2k recliner. They send out a guy, (I had to miss a day of work to be there) and he informs me I need to “fluff” the pillows on the back. WTH! Why should I have to fluff the pillows on a $2k recliner, every time I want to sit on it?? He says he will send his findings to Comfort Care, and I will hear back from them. They emailed me a week later, and all they say is they find nothing wrong with the manufacturing of the chair! So here I am, with a $2k recliner, that my husband can not sit on anymore. So save your money, go buy the cheaper one at Ashley, Slumberland, or even Big Lots. Maybe it might only last you 6 months to a year, but it won’t hurt your back or your wallet! ?

As we entered the store no sales person swooped right in. Once we browsed the section of interest and were begining to have questions a sales person came to the rescue. That’s the way I like to shop. Beautiful store and knowlegable staff not to mention a wonderful product.

Brent was extremely helpful in securing a chair for my husband. Right off the bat he offered my hubby a wheelchair to move around to the perfect chair. Brent is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I am so glad we choose lazy boy.

They have nice furniture and cool decorations. However, the prices are quite high. Look for 50% off decorative stuff and 30%-50% off furniture. They regularly run 30% off sales storewide.As for salespeople, I assume they are commission-based and our guy was a little pushy. However, when I asked for his card, he told me "you don't need that right now."?So... yeah. I didn't buy any furniture that day.

Everything went good. John helped me pick out the chair I neededed. I was hoping to pick up the chair myself since I have the means to, that was not offered for me to come and pick it up from the store. He said you all had a paticular method of delivery, but that would nice to customers the 99.00 dollar charge.

I would recommend Lazy Boy to anyone looking to purchase furniture. Lazy Boy offered design services, which really helped visualize what would work in my room.Brent & his staff were all great to work with. I had custom ordered a chair & sofa here at the South County Lazy Boy location. After I went home & reaccessed my room layout, I realized the chair wasn’t going to work. I was able to call the next day & cancel the chair without any hassle. (3 day leeway to make changes to custom orderers, how generous!)Great prices, great selection & most importantly, great customer service!

John was very patient with me. I knew what I wanted and that’s what he showed. He encouraged me to sit in it because I would know immediately which one fit me. Explained the warranty information. He was very honest and not pushy.

We needed to replace two recliners, bought less than a year ago from an online furniture retailer, because the footrest was too short for our long legs. LaZBoy had the perfect chairs for us. Tall back, super soft fabric, lots of cushioning and leg rests that were just perfect. They offered many style choices, electric and manual, and hundreds of fabrics at several different price points. We found the perfect chairs for us and didn’t break the bank doing it.

My parents and sister have purchased La-Z-Boy recliners and love them. I bought a sofa. Brent was great and very helpful in helping me decide on the standard cushion or the upgrade. I chose the upgrade because I like a much firmer seat. Haven't received the sofa yet, but I'm sure I'll love it.
