We had an excellent experience with our sales rep John at La-Z-Boy purchasing a Harbor Town recliner. We definitely tested his patience as we full time RV and had many decisions to make such as size, color, functions, and delivery times due to being out of state around the time of delivery. John was not only patient but very professional and did an excellent job answering our questions and not pushing us at all into a decision. That’s what I call a great salesman!
My one complaint about the whole experience is after spending an arm and a leg rest on a single item you want to charge an extra hundred dollars on something from your store even if I pick it up at YOUR store. That, to me, is nothing but greed and I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks that. If it’s a necessity then put it in the cost of the product where it can’t be seen. If it wasn’t for John being as patient as he was that would have been a deal breaker.
Thank you! We’re looking forward to our new recliner, rocker, swivel, chair and will purchase again from La-Z-Boy in the future!

The showroom is laid out beautifully - it’s easy to navigate and clean.
The salesman is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and not pushy.
He guided my husband and I to a manufacturer that builds furniture to the customer’s needs and wants. He showed us color samples of the wood and fabric.
He showed us how to use the computer program to build our desired pieces.
He showed us similar pieces on the showroom floor so we could get an idea of the quality of the wood used to build the table and chairs.
He helped us create the dining room table and chairs set that will fit in our dining and accommodate the seating we prefer.
The designer assisted and is also extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and not pushy.
We are looking forward to our set arriving and will be able to share more about the experience of the. delivery and the quality of our new set.

Service was very good. Salesman Jeff was well informed, helpful, attentive but not pushy.
Be prepared to deal with a lot of options, not a bad thing if you're patient.

La-Z-Boy known for quality. I'm hopeful that holds true. I am disappointed I didn't push to be shown transaction detail...then I would have realized I am being charged $99.99 for delivery. Salesperson is fairly new...seemed eager to make this happen after another individual blew me off to take on a larger sale. I look forward to delivery on Saturday.

The store was short staffed but our salesman made sure we were taken care of ! From helping us find what we wanted, looking at samples and completing our order everything was good. Furniture excellent quality, would go there again !!
