Guy is ignorant. Just wants the money and that’s it. Go to Exotic Diamonds instead where they’ll actually take care of you.

Guy was racist and was not very trustworthy. Would not buy anything from him because of the fact that speaking to him really made me weary of how real his stuff was even at $3k plus.

Back on 9/19/2016, my daughter visited a kiosk at South County Mall owned by L A Jewels to purchase and have installed a watch battery. During the installation process, the sale person broke the band on her Citizen watch, which was a graduation present from her Grandmother. The store manager stated that they would replace the watch band and contact us when it was done. They also mentioned they would have to send off to obtain the band and we were provided a receipt. We waited a few weeks and then visited the kiosk in October since no one had contacted us. The watch was still at the kiosk and they said they were still trying to obtain a band. After another few weeks of no contact we revisited the kiosk on 11/13/2016 and the sales person was unable to find the watch. They mentioned that the manager/owner would be there on Tuesday 11/15/2016. I went to the location on 11/15/2016 and the sales person was able to find the watch in the safe. They also stated they were not Tariq (owner). The watch they broke still was not repaired. I have the watch now in my possession since they have not done anything. I wanted you all to be aware of the practices of this store. I am extremely unhappy. They should pay for the cost of the repair since they broke it.

This is a kiosk vendor in South County Mall who has watch bands, batteries, perfumes, goth/hipster jewelry. I went there to have a battery replaced in the past without incident (years ago). I recently returned to get the battery in a 2-year old Fossil watch replaced because you need a special tool that I didn't feel like purchasing (mistake). This guy struggled mightily to get the back of the watch off with all manners of different tools and just before I thought he was getting ready to stroke out and die, he finally wrenches it free. New battery in, watch ticking, no problemo... Except this guy totally butchered the back of my watch with deep gouges and scratches. Not even so much as a "sorry". Oh well, what the hell else did I expect for $14.95?
