Kruse-Grimm-Brix Florist is a best family owned local florist and gift shop. They have always done a great job, providing beautiful and exceptional floral pieces. The showroom is full of beautiful plants and arrangements. They are very professional and knowledgeable, offering courteous and exceptional customer service. They accommodate same-day orders for delivery or pickup. Customers have used them for years and are never disappointed.
The owner called and offered free flowers to replace the ones that I received that were all wilted and very unprofessional.and an apology for the flowers that we received. He was very kind and I could not have asked for a better service.
