First, I would like to state that I am a very meticulous person and treat my vehicles very well. My Jeep is my baby and is in perfect condition. So, with that in mind, I wanted to be proactive and protect my Jeep's showroom-like quality and after a lot of research, decided to move forward with Krown's services. Unfortunately, I wish I wouldn't have done it at all.
I watched all the videos they had on their website, went through all the FAQs, and even called this shop directly to ask numerous questions. While the videos/FAQs do state and show where they drill discrete holes to spray the door's interior panels, nowhere does it show/state holes are drilled into the door sills. Jeep doors come off (in fact, they give you tools to do this), and although the holes have black caps, they are very much noticeable- especially against my Hellayella paint.
Within the waiting room, I was watching my vehicle being worked on and that is when I saw a worker with a drill at the rear door opening drilling and immediately voiced concerns. The holes had already been drilled, so there was no going back and the manager explained this is their process, which is on the website. He proceeded to pull up some videos to show me but realized that it, in fact, does NOT state holes are drilled along the door sills. He also said they typically tell people where the holes would be, yet in all my interactions, nobody showed me this. I suppose I should have asked, although I'm not sure how I would have known to do so. The only thing I can think of now is to paint these black plastic caps yellow with my matching paint code. It will help them blend in, but I'll still have the bumps. I did ask for a discount to cover the Mopar spray paint and was denied my request. The manager stated this is their process and if I do not like the look, then that is on me.
Additionally, this grease gets everywhere, so be prepared to degrease/wash your vehicle after the application. They do wash it on site, but I have a ton of overspray all over my fender flares, running boards, and bumpers. You'll also want to avoid your driveway for a bit until this stuff drips off/dries up a bit.
Lastly, after taking a closer look at my Jeep once I got it home, I noticed the front tire has very bad curb rash and is actually missing pieces of rubber. It was not like that prior to taking it to this shop. Again, I am very meticulous with my Jeep, so I notice these things, plus, I don't park it anywhere near curbs.
If you aren't as particular about your vehicle, then I'm sure you won't have any issues, however, if you are like me; I'd suggest you ask this shop to go over every detail in person on what they will be doing. I sure hope after all this, the product is at least effective in preventing rust.
EDIT:: In response to the company's reply, I would like to clarify that I wasn't confused, but simply not informed. I asked as many questions as I could come up with, however, based on the available information on the website, there was no way in knowing the holes be visibly drilled into my door sills, nor did I know there was the option of opting out of these holes being drilled. I believe it is the responsibility of the company to address these details prior to the work being done if these options exist, especially for a new customer. I hope they consider going over the full of their process with new customers in the future.
Also, the description of the discount received was grossly overstated. I had downloaded a coupon directly off their website (available to anyone) for $20 off their services, which is 12% off. I had asked for an additional $20 off (roughly 13.5% off $150) to cover the cost of the color matching spray paint, which was denied.
As you can tell from my numerous other reviews, I do not typically leave negative reviews and try to shine light on companies exceeding

Investing in this is a no brainer, the 4Runner’s only weakness to longevity is of course the famous Toyota rust. Staff were very friendly and service was quick!

Excellent service all around. The ladies at the desk friendly and helpful. The gentlemen performing the service returned my truck cleaner than I brought it in. In and out in under an hour. The only drawback is location, location, location. Being an hour away and only M-F daytime hours makes it a challenge. That being said, unless they open a facility closer to my home, I will be back next year with all my vehicles. Thank you.

Been using Krown St. Louis for years. Their solution for rust proofing your vehicle works. Ask for Anthony (tech) when you book your appointment. Can't say enough good things about him. He takes his time and does a really good job!

Krown St. Louis did an outstanding job on my 2006 Mazda Tribute. The service Tech Jordan was very helpful and professional. After completion of service I spoke to the Manager who was extremely professional & knowledgeable on explaining the Krown treatment process, looking over the the underbody of my vehicle, and answering any questions I had on my vehicles rust condition. I now have some peace of mind and will definitely get longer life out of my vehicle! Thank you Krown!

Very rude customer service. Was no help at all after damaging inside of my vehicle. They were suppose to only work on the outside of the car but damaged my leather seats. Would not recommend.
