Our rescue kitty is very afraid of the vet. The staff at Kingsbury Animal Hospital from the reception desk, to the vet techs, to Dr. Shaw are all amazing with our terrified little guy. We always know he's going to get great, compassionate care whenever we have to take him in.

Ryan (Grooming) and the staff are so great with my dog Rayne. She is animal reactive, yet they treat her special and make sure she is safe and comfortable. They love on her so much that she gets extremely excited to see them when I bring her.

We have been coming here with our Australian shepherd for about 3 or 4 years now and we love it. We called at the recommendation of a neighbor. Dr. Shaw is so great with our dog and all of the vet assistants are also very nice and great at their job. Any concern we have had about our dog has been handled thoroughly and with care. They send reminders for everything. Appointments are on time, quick, and efficient.

We moved to university a little bit ago. I have two huskies and after asking around and reading reviews I got an appointment here. The place is really clean and neat, everyone is friendly, helpful. both the vets that we worked with were knowledgeable, answered all the questions we had and after an accident at a groomer they were able to see me the same day to medicate and treat one of my dogs wound.

Dr. Shaw has been taking care of my fur babies for many years. I would not think of using another vet. Everyone at Kingsbury is caring and efficient.

Kingsbury Animal Hospital has been a Godsend! We have taken our Mini Goldendoodle Jasper there since he was born in 2018. Every time we have had a question or concern, they have responded with professionalism, kindness and concern. They are always prompt and courteous. This year we noticed a lump on Jasper’. Dr. Shaw carefully examined Jasper and found three more. He diagnosed the biggest one as a Mast Cell Tumor. He prescribed Benadryl and recommended that we have them surgically removed. Because of the nature and location of the tumors, Dr. Shaw called in a veterinary surgeon to perform the procedure at Kingsbury. The surgery was 4 weeks ago and our pup has recovered. The pathology report came back favorable. We have nothing but praise for the thoughtful and professional manner that Dr. Shaw handled this. He is up to date on current treatment options. He is kind, thorough and treats our pet as if it were his own. Sophia, Ben, Sam and Lindsey have been wonderful as well. Thank you guys so much for all you have done for our sweet Jasper!! If you want the best in care for your pet, I highly recommend Kingsbury Animal Hospital.

This was our first visit and I was extremely impressed. The vet and vet tech were excellent with our dog, knowledgeable, reassuring for us, and very efficient. The contrast with our previous corporate vet’s was stunning. We are very grateful indeed! In addition, the receptionist had a calm and friendly manner, and the building itself provided a calming atmosphere. The charges are very fair, and the vet did not try to order a bunch of expensive and unnecessary tests, as we’ve experienced elsewhere.
Our dog gets particularly anxious at the vet’s. Our previous practice would charge a fortune for the exam but then not examine her properly because of her anxiety. The staff we met at Kingsbury had no issues handling her at all! I thoroughly recommend them!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and doctors and great ambience within the building. I've been taking my precious pets there for years and have always felt love and concern for me as well as my pets.

Kingsbury Animal Hospital has been so good to me since I started bringing my pets in 2012. I recommend Dr. Shaw and his technicians to everyone I meet who needs a veterinary recommendation. The front desk staff is always so helpful and responsive, and I have nothing but good things to say about every experience I've had here!

When Mason arrived with his human, there was a lot going on at the clinic. A technician kindly checked us in, and then after a (probably) scared pupper barked a lot at Mason, another technician guided us to an isolated room until Mason could be seen for his annual checkup. His human can’t say enough positive things about the well-oiled machine that is Kingsbury, and most of all the terrific staff. Thanks for all you do!

We did not experience the great customer service the reviews rave about, so clearly it’s not consistent but you know how it goes these days — too bad! I personally can’t recommend this clinic, and neither can my pup.

Kingsbury Animal Hospital is an amazing vet. Their whole team was incredibly supportive as we dealt with the diagnosis of a terminal illness in our cat and helped us maintain her quality of life for as long as possible. We couldn't have asked for better care or better people during that very hard time.
