I had such a lovely experience at the CWE location of Kendra Scott recently. Of course, the jewelry was beautiful and the showroom sparkling, but the best part of the experience was the service! Alexander was so friendly. He spent considerable time to help me find unique pieces to complement my style and was a great partner to collaborate with on my neighborhood charity's silent auction donation. I had no idea Kendra Scott had a philanthropic mission! A big thank you to Alexander for his support in making our community funraiser a big success!

Alexander, Logan, and Jolena were all so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! We went during the Memorial Day sale and they had mimosas and pastries available while shopping which Logan quickly offered us, which made the experience even more fun. Despite the store being busy, all 3 of the team working made themselves available to help us and answer any questions we had. The store was clean, organized, and had such a calm but fun atmosphere. I was also able to stack my birthday discount with the Memorial Day sale discounts which surprised me! Great location, great staff.

Alexander went above and beyond to ensure I left a happy customer! Previously, I had shopped at other locations but from now forward will always bring my business to the central west end location. Alexander informed me of the details of how to care for my jewelry along with replacing a piece I loved dearly, bringing my momma heart so much joy!! I can now wear my necklace with confidence knowing exactly how to care for it to get the most longevity out of it! THANK YOU for exceeding expectations and going the extra mile!

My boyfriend and I had stopped in to scope out a graduation gift and Alexander truly made the best shopping experience I have had at Kendra Scott. He was so kind and you could tell he loved his job and the customers he works with. I will definitely be back to this location due to his respect and compassion. Thanks Alexander!!

I had an amazing shopping experience at the CWE location. All of the KS teammates were friendly from the time we entered the store. I primarily worked with the assistant manager, Alex, and I found him to be knowledgeable about the pieces that interested me. He helped me find exactly what I wanted. Additionally, Alex assisted my son in finding a piece that he saw online. Overall the experience was a positive one. We will definitely return to this location.

Just had the best experience ever. The entire staff was extremely helpful and made the entire experience fun! Alex Treated my husband with a beer as he was waiting as we shopped! We Left with birthday discounts and free koozie! Thank you for the great shopping experience!
