Frank was extremely kind and helpful. I came in from out of town with my engine splash shield dragging. Not knowing any place to go, my sister suggested the shop where she had her recent emissions test. Upon pulling in to their lot and explaining my needs, Frank immediately took the shield off without a wait or charge. He also provided helpful information so I could drive safely home. Had a leak in my radiator hose that I didn't know about, went in for a different reason and they found it immediately. Everyone was super nice and it was just a very relaxed atmosphere. Charged me a good price, as I know from previous experience with almost identical issue.
