Very nice to be able to actually try out several levels of massage chairs in our search for what is right for us. I can't imagine purchasing one without a test run. FIVE STARS is not enough. Everything from the initial consultation and trial of the treadmill in store to the installation of the treadmill was perfect. Be sure to opt for the installation package because it is worth every penny. Two of the nicest guys showed up on time, assembled the treadmill and tested it within 20 minutes. They could not have been nicer. I am very happy with Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store customer service. Highly recommend.

horrible experience which I have with your service I will never ever recommend your business to anybody . I had problem but I couldn't get anyone from Maine office to help me . I called other store to help me but they gave me the fake phone number .

Delivery of recumbent bike was flawless. Guys put it together then tested it out. I had to wait a few days more for the delivery but all in all it went well. Loving the bike.

The delivery crew were amazing. They put down pads to protect our floors and were extremely knowledgeable on the treadmill.

I had a very positive shopping experience at Johnson Fitness and Wellness! I was looking for a good quality, very simple treadmill. Jeff Bettag patiently showed me several options. I was most impressed that he truly listened to my needs and did not try to sell me a model with fancy accessories that I did not want. or need! He was very professional and very knowledgeable and provided great service. I highly recommend Johnson Fitness and Wellness for your fitness equipment needs!
