Walked in to purchase a sectional couch for my living room,one person was working he didn’t even notice us busy on his phone talking,we asked if they had a Memorial Day Sale going on,since it’s the Memorial Day weekend which he replied “What’s that” and was mad we interrupted his conversation on the phone.I found a leather sectional I really liked and I wanted to purchase with cash money, when I asked again about delivery and final price he got even more mad I was interrupting his phone conversation again, than I asked is there anybody else there to help me he replied “Have a good day” l got so frustrated and asked who is the owner which he didn’t reply,very rude unprofessional,did not wanna make a sale ,you could’ve make some money today, your loss,spending my money somewhere else))))

Do not buy from here! Worst customer service ever! My area rug was $200 had rust stains and dirt all over it! Also paid $200 delivery for couch & rug, both were not even mediocre quality. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR MONEY!!

They are rude and doing like scamming I bought bed 3750$ they were responsible for delivery and set up. They brought the bed but the head board was damage and the light of head board didn’t work the first time they told we change the head board tomorrow then after two days I went store he said It take one month . After seven they didn’t change the head board. I went more than ten times but the ignored me finally they refused me and told me go the court or call the police. don’t waste your time and money. Because no need to go court or go call police for the money you paid.

The furniture store sit and sleep for less on Grand South Grand is a ripoff I was very displeased with a product they sold me a bed and wouldn't replace the pieces that was broke they the box spring was no good and they wouldn't replace it the mattress isn't that good either I paid $700 for the mattress they kept lying to me about the bed they came out once to fix it but the box spring it broke the railings on the bed it broke so I had to sleep on the floor with just a mattress they still haven't replaced the box spring and they bought another railing that was too little for the bed when I tried to call them several times they hung up on me I advise anymore do not get no furniture from sit and sleep on South Grand so now I have to go out and try to get me a bed this is the worst experience with furniture I have ever had something need to be done about it so they sold me a bed that wasn't no good and I still haven't heard from them my experience with them was very bad and I will tell others not to shop there I went up there and the manager told me that he didn't have no help no workers I told him about the bed I took pictures then he told me he will sell me a box spring for $100 at first I was willing to buy it but then I waited on him to deliver it he did not deliver it or call me I haven't heard from them the manager in that place and the furniture is no good so I will pursue it another way

I had a delivery scheduled for today between the hours of 3pm & 7pm with a 30-45 minute call prior. The time is now 7:35pm & I have not received a call or any type of communication as to why my couch was not delivered. I know they outsource for delivery but GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION!!! You should not deal with a company who has bad customer service. I will be going to the store in the morning to see how they will rectify this issue. I will update once I speak with the owners.

I talk to the manager about a lift chair for my father who is 75 was very rude and had no clue about inventory in his store. And I asked to look he told us we should go somewhere else to buy a chair

EXTREMELY weird, rude and unprofessional. It was my first time there and i walked past somebody and an already an employee laughing at a customer's face cause he wanted to offer $500 on an $700 item. The guy responds extremely trashy to anybody who doesn't like his store. Not a nice place for anybody that appreciates respect. "God help all these angry people and haters will be haters" are just a childish trashy way to make excuses of why your not a better person. Also prices are outrageous and not good quality. I had just read the good and bad reviews as well, and these people are not professional at all and have a very bad attitude for anybody that doesn't like their store. I'll be suprized if I don't get a nasty comment with them responding to my review.

Great place, very competitive pricing. The owners Ray and Tommy are brothers, and judging from our conversations together, they are both very nice. Tommy served in the Navy, super solid dude with some interesting stories and a passion for entrepreneurship. Would trust them 100% to shoot you straight, they have definitely earned my future business!
