The owner is extremely rude. I caught a flat tire in the rain with my mother & children. Went to this Bp thinking it would be safe location waiting for Triple A to fix my tire. The owner was extremely rude to the Triple A worker, stood over him the entire time and proceeded to yell nasty remarks to me. And made my kids cry. Please don’t go here if you need help

The workers here were absolutely rude to my GF and Kid when they went in to use the bathroom. She spoke up to get the kiddos attention and the cashier yelled at her for being too loud. She was barely above standard talk volume. I would never go here again for anything due to the rudeness of the staff. Corporate should look into this location for improvement. You don't want this type of person to be the representation of your company.

Just stopped in to buy some lotto tickets and use the restroom. This place is immaculate, one of the cleanest bathrooms out there. The store was well stocked with everything you could need. Keep up the great job! More stations should take pride in their establishment like you all do!

I had never been to this part of Missouri before. I was lost and it was after 8 PM and scared. I was trying to get directions and walked in wearing only a tank top and on the verge of tears. The lady an older blonde woman, yelled at me to do something to cover my face. Meanwhile right before that I had been inside The Darkness haunted house, crammed with many strangers, no masks, and screaming. I could not pull up my tank, so I just put my hand over mouth and then asked for directions, telling her I'm not from around here. She spoke directions once very fast and I asked her to repeat that and she yelled something to herself, slammed down a piece of paper, and wrote the directions. I said thank you and walked out. Feeling so fummed and ready to burst to tears. Covid or no covid, no reason to be rude!!

I go to this station all the time. Very friendly employees, excellent service and always clean. Plus, you're always safe because it's police substation too.
