My car was stolen and jerry told me to send him pics of the damages. I had it towed there and he can not fix anything if you frame needs repairs. He says he does not have a welding machine or enough staff.

I just called to see about getting some body work done. The guy who answered the phone sound like he’s been having the worst day. Before I can even finish telling him what all I needed he cut me off abruptly telling me that’s not my department or whatever. Well, I was about to tell him about what his “department “ can do but I just hung up. I’m good, I’m pretty sure somebody else will want this money. Won’t hurt to act like you want customers. No biggie, they did me a favor.

Great guy, gave me an AMAZING PRICE and did the work quickly so i wouldn't have to rent a car, I've never had that kind of convenience. He was upfront with me about every step of the process so there was never any confusio. Any auto body work i need he's the first on my list and i live in south city but worth it for the quality and price.

I took my car to Jerry’s auto shop to get some work done. Agree on the Price & he would guarantee me that it would just like the side. But before the work was even done. Aaron was pressuring me to pay him even done the work was no done. No only did he not finish but it waves & light spot on my driver side of my car. Now when I get try & get the work done he tell me to come back later. I’m just tired of the run around. Please people if you want your car done right. Don’t go to Jerry’s auto body shop on Saint Charles rock Road.Services: Body & Trim

I took my car to have a few minor repairs done to it Aaron messed my car up I have lumps all in my paint he painted parts of my car he had no business I have paint on my window an my outside mirrors. An while painting my rear bumper he did not paint one part of it. This was the worst experience of my life when I went to pick up my car when he said it was ready in fact it was not. I came back days late only to find he did nothing else to my car he tried to give to a discount but with the money I have to spend now to get my whole car primed an painted. Do not take your car to Jerry's Auto Body
