Took my car there for repairs after a collision. The service was great, staff was super nice, and the repairs look perfect. Highly recommend these guys, they also kept me updated with progress on dealing with the insurance company and acquiring parts.

Took my car here based on good reviews and they did not disappoint. Quality body work, friendly service, easy to reach and receptive to all questions. They provided regular updates and my car came out cleaner than in went in. You can tell they are focused on upholding their good reputation and it’s a win-win for everyone. Would recommend J&R to anyone.

I had a very frustrating summer where I needed body work done on two separate occasions. Thankfully I happened upon J&R for my first batch of body work and they were so excellent I came back my second time around. Barb and Eric are both very skilled and honest in their work. Customer Service was awful!! Brought vehicle to them to replace a broken sun shade, they were unable to make the repair and still charged me $1000 for a new shade and labor to install. They charged me for a project they were unable to complete. I expected them to be the professionals and they should have known about potential issues instead told me they could fix it and could not! They had no issue taking my $1000 and I left with NOTHING. Do not bring any sunroof repairs to these folks! Gave them one star because the site made me post a rating, zero stars is the rating I would give!Service: Body & Trim

So someone turning out of a parking space turned into and creased my bumper pretty good. Of course, they didn't stick around to tell me.Anyway, I was looking for a collision center to fix it. I was looking at the obvious big box chains, and I said to myself, look for a local place with a good customer service rating and try them out. That's how I came across J&R. They aren't even a mile from my place.From the warm sure greeting I received from Barb when I came through the door to super cool Eric, who knows his stuff, I knew this would be a great experience. They communicated with me throughout the whole process of what I needed and how everything was going. Most importantly, they had my vehicle back soon as promised. My vehicle looks great! There was no sign of the mild trauma she experienced?In closing, folks, please support our local businesses, they need us as much as we need them. Eric and Barb, along with their team, did excellent work! I highly recommend them. I'm posting a few pics so you guys can see the magic that they worked. J&R was a wonder to work with. As stressful as auto repair can be, they made it as stress-free as possible. Had the best experience at J&R Saint Louis earlier this month. My car had scratches on the driver's door from an accident and when I went to another body shop for an estimate, they told me that it was gonna cost more than 3k. However when I went in, Barb (amazing lady here, so nice and kind) took a very careful look and WIPED 90% OF THE SCRATCH MARKS OUT and insisted that i needed not pay her at all, while giving me a lot of useful advices on how to deal with something like this. My car was the victim of a hit-and-run that left the left-side tail light destroyed. Jake's was able to get me in quickly to take a look and quote the cost of repairs. When they found out that I was paying out of pocket due to a lack of collision insurance, they really made me feel like they did everything they could to get the price on the replacement parts as low as possible. All in all, it ended up costing a lot less than what I'd feared. While I hope I don't have a reason to be back here anytime soon, if I do, I'd use Jake's with zero hesitation.Service: Electrical

Jake's Collision was referred by my mechanic. Barb the office manager was very nice and helpful. She's worked there almost 20 years, she knows what she's talking about. This shop makes their own car paint. My car is a 2003, looks very good for its age. Since they make their own paint they will match the rest of my car. It's going to be expensive but worth it. I'll let you know how it looks when they finish painting my car.
