They don't have a cigar lounge, and when I asked if there was anywhere nearby to smoke, the guy behind the counter flat out lied to me and said there might be a couple of restaurants with outdoor seating areas that were cigar friendly, but completely ignored the existence of a nice lounge right around the corner.

This company has the worst customer service that I have EVER experienced. Problem with my order (their fault) and customer service refused to help (even after multiple phone calls) because “returns is a different department.”

Order# 13550008 I ordered an Oliva 15 cigar sampler that consisted of three 5 packs for $62. It has been 6 days and it has not yet shipped according to their website. Now the product is $130 and it shows it's out of stock. No one bothered to inform me of this and they will not make any substitutions or just send me three five packs to complete the order with the same sampler. I am now told that I have to go in and place another order for each individual five-pack if I want them and it will cost me more than double. Terrible customer service and why was my credit card charged if it was supposedly not in stock at the time even though it showed that it was. I will be watching close for my refund and no longer doing business with JR Cigars if this is how they treat customers. They also do not put any kind of humidity control like a Boveda pack when they ship cigars. Another serious downfall in my opinion. And 9 out of 10 times the coupons that they email you never work.

These guys have the worst personalitys in the business. I would think that a repeat customer would at least get a smile. I will never go there again. Jon's Pipe Shop is around the corner much nicer people when you spending your money.

Comment is regarding the strong second hand smoke coming from this place (I’m visiting an establishment next door). They need better circulation.
