Walked in today to see if they would be available to make a bouquet for my wedding, the person at the front desk cut us off before we finished our sentence saying we needed something to be made, she cut us off and told us we needed an appointment and a consultation. I understand these things are needed but we just wanted to show a picture of what we were looking for and for her to say yes they made those all the time or just any info really, it was really impersonal and I certainly won't be making a appointment here.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a family who lost a loved one. Living in another state I have used Irene's for deliveries to my parents grave at Jefferson Barracks for years. They always send me a photo of the delivery which I am very grateful for this service.
