I have owned a triple set of your metal shelves for more that 20 years. They have served me very well. I have moved them from California to Maryland and back again and they are still great. However, on re-assembling them, I forgot how to put them back together (It was a couple of years putting them back up after another move). I just couldn't figure it out. Called the company and you were sohelpful and pleasant! You knew exactly my model of shelves etc., and you gave me perfect help. You can judge a company by their service--especially after 20 years.
