I enjoy this pool and getting a membership here (3 years now). It is expensive but I think they all are. My only complaint is how cold the water is. The toddler pool is frigid pretty much all season long. The other pools are somewhat manageable but it really cuts down on the time I feel like we can use the pool.

Summer of 2023 is our first summer with Indian Hills. We just got the 10-day pass. I have a two-year-old and was super excited by the tot pool because it is isolated with a gate and the gate leading to the big pool is kid proof. The outdoor “playground” is a great plus too! I remember passing by this as a kid on the highway always wondering about it and I’m super glad that we checked it out. The prices for food/drinks are very pocketbook friendly. I will say that the passes are kind of expensive, but I do like that they are open late so that we can come for a few hours after work so that kind of makes up the difference of cost to me. I also like that we can bring our cooler in.My only complaint is that the water is COLD! Like too cold for my toddler. I just bought her an insulated wet suit to wear so that she can play in the kid’s pool. The other pools aren’t as bad, I think it’s just because there is a lot of shade by the kid’s pool and thus far, we’ve only been in the very early mornings and late evenings. It could be warmer mid-day.Overall very pleased with our 10 day passes and will plan on getting a full blown family membership next summer.

My wife and I held our son's 7th birthday party at Indian Hills, and the staff and management couldn't have been much more adversarial toward our group. The manager hid in the back chiding her outside staff loudly over the walkie-talkies while the indoor staff was more interested in what they were doing on their phones behind the counter than assisting their patrons. Following the party, I personally ensured that everything we brought into the facility was removed, even while an adjacent group immediately began taking over the space we had previously occupied. The manager later complained that we left trash behind, and my own insistence that it must have been left behind by the group that moved in after us was met with complete dismissal and an insinuation that I must not have cleaned up properly. Despite how poorly we were treated, I respected the facility and removed any evidence that we were there at all; clearly that wasn't good enough. So we further removed any evidence of our presence by joining a vastly superior private club this summer, which has already proven itself to be in an entirely different league of friendliness, accommodation, and professionalism. We wish best of luck to the staff and management at Indian Hills, because they'll need their fair share of it to retain members they treat so poorly.EDIT: Did you really just pull the old, "You can't quit because you're fired" shtick on me? Brilliant deflection from the actual complaints you failed to even remotely acknowledge. You should try spending your time addressing your unhappy customers' many valid complaints instead of dismissing them indiscriminately with your petulant "Nuh-uh, you are" replies.

Indian Hills Swim Club has been our home away from home each summer. The pool is spotless, facilities clean, and the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It almost feels like a little Oasis in St. Louis!I have sent my children to camp there each summer and they have become very good swimmers. When we first joined, they did not pass the swim test to get their yellow fish tags to swim on their own, and I truly appreciated that the staff took their time to evaluate them and provide them with pointers on how to improve. By the end of the summer they had all passed due to the accelerated swim lessons, swim camp, and wonderful staff. The pool really feels like a community with fun events planned each weekend and late hours on Fridays and weekends, which I really appreciated after a long week of work and camps... plus, you can bring your own food, use the pool's grills, and bring your own beverages!I can't say enough good things about the lifeguards and owners... they are attentive, professional, and treat their members like family. We love Indian Hills - it is by far the best kept secret in St. Louis!

LOVE this pool ❤️ Family of 5 and have been coming to this family friendly pool for years! Fun for all ages! Beautiful pool with very friendly and accommodating staff and always very clean. The staff is amazing and we enjoy pool days as well as their very well run summer camps. Can’t say enough good things about this pool if you want an amazing summer this is your spot. You will not find a better pool than this - family run with owners that really care about their members. No place we would rather spend our summers than IHSC ?

What an amazing pool set up in the south county area. I must've passed this location a million times, but went inside for the first time recently. 2 Clean accessible pools, with all the needed accessories. Diving board, slide, and basketball hoop for fun while swimming. Plenty of seating available with coverage for shade. Bathhouse with restrooms for changing are available. Also a hot tub and a smaller basketball court for fun outside the pool. A must see if in the south county area.

Indian Hills is the perfect swim club to join if you're looking for a fun and relaxing summer. The staff and lifeguards and are very attentive and experienced. Bathrooms, lounging area, pool and food area kept very clean. Most importantly it is family owned and operated. We have been going four years now and aren't looking back!

This is definitely a worthwhile private swim club to join. I joined my first summer with a baby, wanting to introduce him to water as soon as possible. Here are the good things about this place:- it's full of all kinds of people: old, young, kids, suburban empty nesters- the grounds are very well kept- the pools are never super crowded and you can always find a chairThe eh's:- The water is always cold. I think 75% of the time we went it was uncomfortable for my baby and 50% of the time uncomfortable for me. The toddler pool was never warm enough for the baby.- They open a little late in the morning if you have young kids that want to go early or if it will be a really hot day.- Not a lot of shaded spots. I'm a red head with an infant so we always need shade. I usually got some but we went at the low times. During busy times it may be hard to get any.In all, it's a lovely swim club and I really want to get another membership in the future. They have great communication about events and changes in hours. I wish they could post water temperature daily on their facebook so we could plan better. Honestly, I'm not sure we will join again just because the water was always so cold. My baby spent more time in the swing than the pool.
