Here is the deal! My taxpayer was extremely knowledgeable about how to do business taxes. For the first time in a few years, somebody was telling me what to do in my tax bracket and I wasn't paying someone to teach them how to do business taxes.

Made the appointment over a week in advance with their senior “professional”On time to the appointment and she wasn’t there. When I asked about her, they looked at each other and had no answers. They looked like clowns, honestly.Then some rough raggedy looking lady in a “ from my last job” security outfit lied about contacting me before the appointment.They probably do treat ppl better than they treated my husband and I they. I just didn’t see anything about them worth finding out. They didn’t even know about the paperwork I was talking about. Pathetic. I would say disappointing but those grown girls don’t represent me or women as a whole.At least the place was clean in the front, that’s why the review got the one star. I had to laugh at them because at this point you would think ppl would know how to be real professionals by now. Not this place.
