H&R Block is horrible for personal property taxes credit they do not guarantee you any thing they offer no help with your taxes after they file them for you I've been trying to get help with my taxes since February 22 and nobody has done anything for me they've sent them in a couple of more times but they just told me that they could not help me

I got my taxes done here by Elena who absolutely SUCKS and she didn’t even turn in my taxes so I will be filing a complaint with every entity known to mankind because this is just unbelievable. No one notified or anything I wish I would caught her mistake sooner I would’ve gotten my money back because she was absolutely no help at all!!

Check their BBB ratings. Quoted 250-350. Ended up paying 650+ while being asked for another 600 for an additional business.Ended up paying the 650 while having them destroy the additional business return. I called police and the only option is civil court. Avoid H&R Block at all times. If you don’t believe me based off their google reviews, PLEASE check out their BBB ratings.

This place is horrible. No help at all on my taxes after I came in. They just shuffle you around. I did my taxes with Rosario 9 months ago have called many times to get ahold of her and always given an excuse. Go to Jackson Hewitt they are much more attentive . If I could give 0 stars I would. Also have to wait 5 more weeks for a paper check because they did it wrong
