I paid for a tax professional and that person would not communicate with me. She completed my taxes but would not answer any of my questions. Would not answer my messages in the APP and would not take my phone calls and would not call me back. I could have done my own for free. I paid so that I could get my questions answered. I will not make that mistake again. And then my return was rejected! I tried to contact her. She is seasonal and no longer works there. The office she worked in is closed. No one monitors if any returns have been rejected. I had to hire another company to redo my taxes. It had been rejected because she did not use my PIN, which I offered to her. I also sold some stocks and she left that off my return as well. I want a refund of the almost $300 I paid for her to do my taxes. Do not use this service!!
