212 Kingshighway Blvd, St. Louis“Traveled to St. Louis for a client meeting and video shoot, and I stayed at the Royal Sonesta Chase Hotek in the downtown area. It was only about 15 minutes or so from the airport and had a lot of surroundings. From retail shops, dispensaries, parks, and more. The restaurants on site were good, but they seemed to be overwhelmed both nights. I stayed there. The room was great, but I did find an empty mug in my room.upon check I'm. I assumed it was the housekeepers. It was a very nice hotel and the staff were amazing. There was an issue with my reservation, and they fixed it immediately without any interruptions. It also has resident guests that love on one side, and if you look.uo the property, there have been some well-known names in history that have stayed here. Overall, my stay was great, and I would come back. There are plenty of restaurants on site and an actual movie theater, too. Very sweet spot.
Rooms: Large and clean rooms woth views.
Safety: Very nice area to walk around
Walkability: Plenty of spots to walk to and chill.
Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants and sports bars
Noteworthy details: Movie theater on site.”
“The hotel is centrally located in downtown close to Gateway Arch. The lobby is beautiful. The room was very clean and cozy, and all equipment worked fine. Interestingly, there was an old turntable in the room with a number of vinyl records nearby. The restaurant was somewhat disappointing, not because of the food, which was OK, but due to poor service: my main course was never served, and once i reminded them about it the kitchen was already closed.”

3550 Samuel Shepard Dr, St. Louis“We came here before a show at the Fox.Our bartender was incredible. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very attentive (mom ears for sure!) and sweet. The manager came over and told me about many events they hold here, which I’m excited to attend to in the future.Despite the brisk evening, checking out the outside view was amazing. A bummer the deck isn’t wrap around as you miss that sunset!!Plan on coming back for sure”
“Very nice motel. Check in was very smooth. People extremely nice. Helpful. Courteous. Professional. Definitely would stay again. Excellent choice. Breakfast was great.”

4630 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis“very nice hotel, but there breakfast is not good it's to go and the dining room has been remodeling for a year and a half, hot breakfast doesn't exist, very disappointing, I like to get what I pay for.”
“Never stayed at a B&B before but I’m glad I stayed here. Henrietta was very pleasant and caring. The food was good. The room was decorated very nicely. The jacuzzi was great on my back and sore muscles. The location is great because you can slide downtown or hit the Delmar loop with ease. Can’t wait to make an excuse to go back. Oh and found out they give a discount to Veterans so that’s a plus.
Rooms: Diamond and Pearls room was great. Bed was comfortable along with the setup of the room itself. Staff is very courteous
Safety: Keycode to get in and cameras outside for your safety.
Walkability: In a good location to take a walk if you would like. They also have a balcony to the rooms as well as a patio area outside.
Food & drinks: Home cooked food was awesome.”

12161 Lackland Rd, St. Louis“When my insurance decided to stop my benefits for in-patient rehab -- while I was still non-weight-bearing from my knee fracture -- I had to come up with a solution for 2 weeks because my home is not handicapped accessible. That's when I chose "Lisa's Extended Stay" after reading a review from someone who stayed at this location for 2 weeks following surgery. My experience was as good as that person's. Lisa and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Lisa even asked about my injury's progress and shared my joy when I won my appeal with the insurance company. Rather than go back to rehab for 6 days, I decided to stay at the hotel in the handicapped-accessible room, which was perfect for my temporary needs.I call it "Lisa's Extended Stay" because this was more than a hotel stay; it was like being a guest in Lisa's home with many bedrooms! :-DMy only suggestion is to remove the carpet from accessible rooms and replace it with the laminate flooring, as it was a little difficult moving around in a wheelchair on the carpet.”

823-827 Washington Ave, St. Louis“This has very easily become one of my favorite Marriott properties when I come to St. Louis. It's conviently located in the middle of downtown, it is reasonably priced, and the staff is warm, friendly, and so helpful; from the valet, to the front desk, to housekeeping. I had such a great stay and I'm looking forward to my next one.Walkability: It's in the middle of downtown.”
“Rooms: The room was very clean but needed more towels and better hygienes products.
Nearby activities: It's food places nearby but no activities close. The food choices are limited also. To burgers and BBQ.
Safety: Once in the hotel I felt safe. Outside is a different story. Liquor store very close so you can imagine the kind of ppl walking by to get there.
Walkability: The gas station, liquor store, and BBQ stand is within walking distance. The bus stop for public transportation is right outside of the hotel parking lot. The hotel itself is right off the highway exit. You will need transportation to get there, public or private.
Food and drinks: No food or drinks in the hotel. Just small snacks like chips and candy, and a soda machine by the front door of the hotel.
Noteworthy details: They also have a no pet policy. So I would say it's not kid friendly at all. I love my pets so I don't think I will be going back . I had to sneak my cat in. She wasn't feeling well so I couldn't leave her at home alone.”

Gave the benefit of the doubt due to how heavy it was as my cousin and I tried to move it back to the wall. Must have deleted the photo because I know for sure I took one. Oh well”

1501 Washington Ave, St. Louis“All I can say is ( the moment you walk in the room your jaw will hit the floor.) This isn't your parents best Western or Hilton hotel, this is for the Grown and sexy... you can bring kids but I doubt you would lol I'm just being honest.”
“Place is right in the center of everything downtown. Service was great from hotel staff except the Starbucks, cashier doesn't really understand English so she messed up my wife order twice during our stay. Other than that our stay was great. Beautiful city.
Rooms: Rooms were clean, didn't have any issues.
Walkability: Hotel is around alot of places you can walk to, so that was very convenient for us.
Food and drinks: They have options for food and drinks. Sportsbar and a Ruth's Chris downstairs plus a shop just in case you want to get souvenirs.”

811 N 9th St, St. Louis“+Staff was very helpful and gave credit to appropriate coworkers.-Parking lot charged $25 for parking...I was only there for a breakfast meeting. I didn't see any valet or handicapp parking available. Green space (very little) needed TLC (trash & branches were very visable).I was only in a meeting room.”

6921 S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis“The hotel room was clean and offered the standard amenities, as advertised. However, I was surprised to find there were no USB ports in the entire room. So I bought a usb plug at the store next door to solve my problem. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However, it would be nicer if they provided some USB ports.”
“Honestly, I don’t remember much about my stay but I remember it being pleasant. Much better than remembering it being problematic.
Nothing standout. Solid Marriott location. I did not eat this time here so no comment to restaurant but I’m normally a fan of Marriott Burgers.”
“Nice hotel for an affordable price. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Friendly staff at check in. Stayed for one night with my boyfriend after a concert at St. Louis Music Park. Location is within driving distance of many places to eat, shop, etc. I'd stay again.”
“Beautiful hotel and staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very safe and nice area. There is valet and self parking, both at a reasonable cost in a covered parking area. I also appreciate how the hotel is dog friendly and they also have a pet menu selection for in room dining. Only downside is they don't have a designated pet relief area with proper garbage bins.”
