I am very saddened by the response I received from this store. I had a few pieces online that I loved, and because online shopping doesn't really fit my body type. Not only that, but I messaged to come by the store and requested to have some things in my size available. The response I received was the store was not opened and local customers order online a pickup at the store. I understand that Covid-19 has changed our buying and selling practices, however, if a potential customer says I want to shop. I believe a store should be willing to sell. This store not only lost a customer in Florida, but also one in IL as my friend was traveling with and looking to shop as well. I don't write reviews often because I try to extend grace to small business owners, but in these times customer service is key.

I absolutely love shopping here! The staff is always extremely helpful, and super patient with me being indecisive (I can never make up my mind...lol). They have also been very helpful with online orders since the pandemic. Someone always messages me back pretty fast!

DONT SHOP HERE! In good faith I shopped at this boutique with my sister. The next day, I returned an item for whatever reason, and I received store credit (which was written on a clothing tag by the way). At this point all is well. Moving forward, because of the pandemic I have not been able to redeem my store credit yet. Today, I decided to call customer service to see if they were open to redeem my credit. However, they are not answering phone calls only emails. So, I proceeded to email customer service. Unbenounced to me I can't redeem my store credit. So now I am out of almost 50 dollars. How am I supposed to know the policy when you wrote the store credit ON A CLOTHING TAG. God don't like ugly. You will not last long when you are not treating your customers (real people) correctly. I am very disappointed in the owner. I see no reason why honey boutique can not honor my store credit during a pandemic. many stores have extended their warranty. You are no different. I spent over $200 at your store to support small owned businesses such as yourself. You have STOLEN MY MONEY! Who has an expiration on store credit. You are not right!

I hate that I have to leave this review, but I, unfortunately also had a negative experience with this boutique that mirrors that of another Yelper below. I placed an order online for the bundle deal, which includes four items for $100. Seemed like a deal since the clothes looked high-ish quality. Unfortunately, it's been about a month now and I have not received my items, though they show as delivered. When I reached out, I was informed that because I didn't buy package protection, there was nothing they could/would do. Further, the tone felt a bit condescending. "The only recourse would be to try and retrieve your order from the locker." Seriously? Clearly I attempted to and, spoiler alert, it wasn't there.Look, I get it, the post office has experienced a few issues as of late. However, as a consumer, there is a general expectation that the items you order will actually be delivered to you, and if not, the business/business owner will perform their due diligence to research and/or make it right. However, that is not the case here.A friend of mine back home in STL who actually purchased a few items from this store wasn't impressed by the quality of the clothing here, and neither was I when I saw her in it. Oh, well. $100 gone. It is what it is. So much for supporting small businesses from the area you grew up in.

I recently ordered a body suit and fell immediately in love! It fit perfect and true to size and was extremely comfortable as well! I’ll definitely keep shopping here for the quality and the personal touch that goes with it— y’all are doing it right!

I must say this boutique offers you QUALITY clothing. Alot better than area boutiques that I’ve purchased from. Their customer service is impeccable and they continue to offer new items all the time. This boutique would be my #1 recommendation here in the Saint Louis area.

Great quality and looks as it appears on the site. My size was accurate. I didn't take a picture standing up (can't believe I didn't) but the dress fit dress right. I was too cute!!!
