I just one of the best customer relations experiences ever, no exaggeration. Shelly at Honda of Frontenac took such good care of me today. I have trusted this dealership for 17 years, and today was no exception. Shelly looked back at my service history and helped me see just what my car needed right now...what was important, but also gave me notes so that I'd know exactly what to have done next oil change. Great customer service still exists!!!

At Frontenac it depends on who your service person is... the wrong one will have you waiting all day, then not care if work is done properly. Often, they are overbooked on appointments which is bad. People make appointments to manage their time. This place often makes that impossible!

The staff is completely misleading about what work really needs to be done and what a fair price is. The car needed some new wiper blades and they tried to sell $200 "Honda Blades." some of their prices are absolutely outrageous when blades are $40 to $50 max at auto-zone. Absolute rip off. Be careful and very wary of their prices and labor rates.

I purchased my car here & the last 4 times I've had it serviced, they haven't washed my car. It doesn't matter if I spend $400, $100, or $60, they repeatedly "forget" to wash the car. I've reminded them & complained every single time and they continue to say "Well...the car wash is a courtesy". Yes, I'm well aware of that. Why am I not getting this courtesy especially when you type on my receipt that you've given me a complimentary car wash when you haven't? Also, if you complain to the Service Dept., then they don't send you the survey from Honda so that no one is aware of your complaint. I'll never go back and don't recommend them.

I took my 12 year old Honda Fit in for an inspection, oil change, and transmission fluid drain and fill. When I arrived at my appt time of 7 am, it seemed so busy I was worried about having to wait for hours, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was under an hour and a half. The customer service rep (Ian?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Just bought a wonderful car from April at Honda of Frontenac. April was so easy to work and actually made it fun. She was so thoughtful and thorough with every detail. Went over and above to answer questions and help seal the deal. I highly recommend April.Tito in financing was a pleasure to work with as well and made the process seamless and enjoyable!

I visited Honda Frontenac and had the most unexpected experience. My 2012 Accord was recently totaled and I was forced to car shop. I was absolutely dreading it !! I called the dealership and was greeted by April. She promptly answered all of my questions and invited me to come in and look at a new 23 Accord, which I ended up purchasing. From the time she greeted me on the phone, to the time she happily greeted me at the door, and all through the purchasing process, she never showed anything but respect and kindness. She took care of things for me I hadn’t even thought of yet !! Even after I went to finance to sign my papers with Ryan and Bertie, she was waiting for me at her desk. And they had been closed for 2 hours !!! Since my 2012 Accord was a hand-me-down, I’ve never had to purchase a car on my own and I was so afraid. But, April and Honda Frontenac changed all that. They will be my benchmark for service quality and customer care forth going. I will be sending ANY ONE I know looking for a New or used car to April at Honda Frontenac !! Thank you so much April !!!!!

I love Honda of Frontenac and want to give a special Thank You to April. I had to buy a car on my own for the first time and April went above and beyond to make the entire process a wonderful experience. She explained everything about my new CRV and made sure I was comfortable with all the features that were so new to me. She walked me through the entire process and made follow up calls to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend April and Honda of Frontenac!

I originally gave this car detailing service a 2-star rating, but I have updated my rating to 4 stars after my last visit. I had a much better experience this time around. The staff was much more prompt and caring, and Shannon, the Service Manager, and Jim the detailing expert, were especially great to work with. They were friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions.Jim did an amazing job of cleaning and polishing my car. It looks brand new. I would highly recommend Jim's detailing service to anyone looking for a professional and thorough cleaning.

I hate car dealers because I question the value that they bring to the consumer. But the reality is this one is pretty good. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. They took my order, Offered me a fair price for what I was buying and I was out in 15 minutes. This is after shopping at four different Honda dealers in the bistate area.

Honda of Frontenac does the best detailing job in St. Louis. Jim, a certified IDA (International Detailing Association) member, really and truly is so diligent and talented. I wanted to gift my mom a detail for her birthday (she drives a 2019 Audi Q7) and the process could not have been more streamlined. Jim got me a quote before I even booked the appointment so I knew what I was walking into price-wise. Upon dropping off the car, Jim and I took a walk around the car and assessed it. He asked us about which stickers and decals to keep and which to pitch, specific problem areas of the car, and he even offered to take off her plate frames and replace with plain black ones that didn't advertise her dealership - and for free! He also offered to resurface and refinish her wheels, which were pretty thoroughly chewed up after my sister learned to drive in the car recently. I remember walking out of the dealership after drop off with a sense of trust and confidence in Jim and his team at Honda Frontenac.When we picked it up, it was like her car was brand new again. His team had removed weeks of sap buildup, paint transfers from other cars that had scraped her car, and had totally restored the interior to almost-factory condition.We are never going to another detailer in St Louis if we can help it. We enjoyed our experience so much that we just took my car to Jim to get it detailed as well. Can't recommend this place enough!
