I really wish I could 0 stars I've literally haven't heard anything about my furniture in almost 3 yrs no refund no corporate communication only store credit for furniture they don't have almost 1500$ gone these good reviews are from family and friends and are 3 to 5 yrs old DO NOT SHOP HERE the company is in bankruptcy and you WILL lose your money

My first experience here was not too bad! Well atleast I didn’t think it would be! But I put a living room set in the layaway because I was waiting on the closing date for my home. I have called no answer went by there and it’s not open! I was just trying to get my furniture. I am really upset and would really like my money back. I have went as far as emailing them. This is really frustrating

I Wouldn’t Recommend This Place To Anyone Understaffed, Unprofessional And Lack of Communication I was told my furniture would be here in 3 weeks I continued to contact bill each time is I don’t get my commission until your furniture is delivered, I will have an update Friday . Friday comes no correspondence from Bill at all or any other associate. It’s been 2months still no furniture no refund cause Bill is never there all of a sudden . Highly Frustrating and Wouldn’t recommend

Everyone needs to stop lying about the furniture my furniture came and my nightstand was broke cheap quality if u can see the staples and the wood is thin and furniture is pilling when it comes right out the box…people need to stop lying about how good the quality is .,,I will never buy anything from this store again and wish I could’ve gotten my money back…

I ordered a dresser to match my previously bought bedroom set on March 23, 2022. Its now December 4th and 8 months later NOTHING ! Every time i call i get the run around or “im going to call you back friday” Its been about 20 fridays that have passed and Im still having to reach out ! They keep telling me the manufacture is whats taking so long but now i cant even get a refund and take my money elsewhere because they lost their lease from the Pershall store and moved to this store and gave everyone store credit instead of asking customers if they even wanted to continue waiting on their items. So now im down $400 that i cant get back and no dresser either. Simce giving me store credit i went in the store and pocked out a different dresser of the same value that i saw in the showroom, yet once again THAT ONE ISNT AVAILABLE EITHER ! Ive been picking my clothes from a bin and tv sitting on boxes ! Im so disappointed and will NEVER spend money here again !

This company is VERY unprofessional.I paid $1400 for a bed set in MARCH and have yet to get ANY of the items I paid for and its about to be SEPTEMBER. The original store went out of business, and now they’re at another location, and they want me to pay more money before my order is “sent in”. Telling me I can’t get a refund. What a crock. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Nice guy, simple no frills building, good furniture, reasonable delivery costs. Bought nice reclining armchair, will go back for bed. Plan to use their simple financing system to build credit, a good thing for them to offer. Good business.
