I first got the name stools for my children years ago. Found them online and now having the same stools made for my great nieces and nephews. My 34-year-old son still has his name puzzle from Hollow Woodworks. As a family, we've purchased these puzzles for children, grandchildren, and the children of close friends for more than 35 years! There is no better gift, and the quality and durability are exceptional!

I have been ordering the stools for over 30 years for nieces/nephew, kids & now grandkids. They are wonderfully made, look great, they hold up as my nieces & daughter still have theirs as well as their kids/my grandkids. They stand behind their work and will be around for generations.

Our family has puzzles from Hollow Woodworks that we gave to our children thirty years ago, and even though they received much playtime wear and tear over the years, they are still beautiful keepsakes. We recently ordered a name puzzle for our first grandchild. We highly recommend Hollow Woodworks for high quality items that are worth keeping in the family!

My daughters and I have been ordering Hollow Wood Work stools for years. I think we are about to14! I have purchased them for my 6 grandchildren and many friends. Anytime I needed to contact Jim, I found him to be very professional, kind and offers wonderful customer service.I would highly recommend this company and their products!

First, we have owned our stool for four years, we loved our name puzzle stool. The stool itself is sturdy and quality.The letters began chipping and not withstanding the wear and tear of our rough and tumble little boy. I was thrilled to learn we could re-order the letters. I placed an order on 7/29/22. The chief puzzler reached out to confirm style of the letters and was responsive to emails. On 7/30 he indicated that the letters would ship the following week. I waited until September to reach out because the letters never arrived. I have called and emailed multiple times and have never received the letters despite being charged for them.We had planned on purchasing a name stool for our daughter but now I have no confidence that if we did that we would ever receive it. Disappointing experience stuck hoping the letters still come.Updated: 10/28 (just shy of 3 months after initial order and charge) items arrived in mail with a lovely letter.Thank you
