Booked this hotel back in January for our March stay. Upon arrival, it was utter chaos along with the absolute disaster of lack of parking, which also was not communicated prior to booking. We arrived at 5:30 P to check in and was told there were no clean rooms available. We were told give them 45 minutes and we can get into a room. Confirmed they would in fact have a room for us after the agreed upon wait time and was told absolutely. Went to dinner, and came back around 9:30 P. The front desk person we spoke to flat out told us “sorry, there’s no rooms” and proceeded to laugh at us. Save your money and book absolutely ANYWHERE else. We ended up staying at the Hyatt for the same price.

Awful. Tried to check in at 6 pm and wasn’t ready fine we went and did somethings came back at 9 pm to check in and they checked us into a dirty room. Then made us wait even longer. Not impressed

Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked our joining rooms in JANUARY, had confirmed (good thing) in March about joining rooms for our teen and it wasn’t booked right so got that handled..when we check in, our second room took 3 hours to clean. They gave us keys finally after being rude as F and guess what…SOMEONE ELSE WAS IN THE ROOM. We walked in on them, so that’s cool. Took another hour and persistence to get the person moved/room cleaned. Such a MESS. Food in restaurant is also so disgusting. We ordered DoorDash. Rooms suck, not updated at all and our tv (among most, hearing the other angry customers in the lobby) didn’t function correctly. At least it worked at all, which was a plus apparently. Stayed in dozens of hotels & motels - this is hands down the WORST. Save your $ and hours of hassle. Oh, elevators don’t function properly either. Super up to code.

This hotel has the ideal location to the convention center, however it is in desperate need of upkeep, cleaning, and updating. We didn't feel clean the entire time we stayed. Everything functioned as it should in our room. The price was high for what we received.

Their website says they have parking but upon check-in, they shared that there is no parking, you will need to park at a lot down the street after unloading your vehicle. The front desk attendant charged my card twice and when she got the manager they both became very rude. It was a very odd experience! The bath towels had stains and the air conditioning did not work. The best thing I can say is if you are there for an event at the convention center, it is very close. There are better hotels within proximity.

was second time in one week with issues with holiday in hotel group the second time was the worst we flew in from the west coast to attend a trade show and everything started fine till 3 hrs after check in my daughter was in the shower when someone started knocking at her door hearing them starting to enter wrapped in a bath towel decided to answer it it was the hotel manager askeing her who she was and that her room was suposed to be empty asking her who she was and other questions as she was calling me in my room in a total panic the statrted to knock on my door and informed me that i had to go to the front desk and in doing so i was confronted by the asst gen manager about the situation who informed me that there was some kind of mistake and i would be billed acordingly and she would be there when i checked out i paid full price with no compensations abd the asst gen manager was not there, and my daughter is still having anxiety issues and i didnt sleep all that weekend and ruined my weekend at the trade show. the only reason we stayed was due to lack of availble rooms at other facility's near by stay here take your chances p.s we booked our rooms 5 moths prior to check in

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at there no actual parking besides on the street or the side of the building which y can see your value expensive cars at all.which homeless and crazy people where walking around looking in peoples car..hotel looks nice on website but nothing like it in person. My room was not fully cleaned.I had boo boo on the rim of my toilet when I got to my room.The door didn’t close properly. You have to lift handle up pull to the right and push at the same time.They accidentally gave people keys to our room. There were random people walking in lobby asking for a guest room number that the front desk gave out… didn’t ask was it there room etc or do they have a stay here. She just gave the girls room number to two men.They were extremely unprofessional.The white lady at the desk was extremely rude and gave I really don’t care attitude.Only was there for 30 -45mins and was charged be for a full day of a stay even though the res for for a 2 day stay..asked for my money back due to all these issues within 30mins…they were only willing to give me a 38 dollar refund out of my $68.then said we can round it to $40 refund They general manager and Assistant general manager played games and tried to lie and say that I have stayed at this hotel before and I never stay at this hotel a day in my life.Tried to say the bed looked slept in and the most I did was sit on the bed and check for bed bugs.Took a video before I left the room just because I knew it would be something.They tried to make my personal image seems as if I was a young black girl who was trying to get over and that’s not me at all.I am a black young woman with a college degree and own my own business .I live in kcmo and came to St. Louis to see my uncle who had 2 strokes in the hospital and had to deal with all this at 11pm.Went to the hotel my the airport that we always have great service at 12-1am.we only pick this hotel due to it was close to the hospital my uncle was at.My mother works for IHG. Who is an employee of the company and we were treated horrible.IF YOU WANT A NICE STAY DONT NOT STAY HERE ITS DEFINITELY GHETTO AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL…

+Staff was very helpful and gave credit to appropriate coworkers.-Parking lot charged $25 for parking...I was only there for a breakfast meeting. I didn't see any valet or handicapp parking available. Green space (very little) needed TLC (trash & branches were very visable).I was only in a meeting room.

One of the WORST hotels we've ever been to. We stayed here for Monster Jam. We had to change rooms 3 times! Both the first rooms the thermostats were broken and the rooms were over 80 degrees. The second room the bathroom counter was damaged along with the thermostat blowing 90-100 degree air constantly. Front desk women cussed out my wife and brought her to tears. There was no manager on duty for night shift. We finally got into a half way decent room after the third try by 1:20 a.m. and my kids were exhausted. Worst Holiday Inn ever. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things also, but over all absolutely terrible. Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy. Hotel needs to be destroyed and rebuilt from scratch with all new crew and updated rooms.

I've spent tons on way lessThe pool- kinda chill for being heated, clean and spacious area aroundIt was a weekend full of kids so it was loud and packed with kids everywhere ? so amazing!Rooms: Clean! Spacious! Amazing!I've paid way more for way lessNearby activities: It's downtown! Everything is availableWalkability: So conventionally located!Food & drinks: Domino's got slammed after an event released. They have frozen food, snacks and drinks.We were too late to enjoy the restaurant on site but smelled good all day and breakfast was amazing
