Over the years we have had used Heritage for the care of two of our pups. We cannot say enough good things about the doctors and technicians in this office. They have such compassion, care, and patience.

I love this vet hospital! They have helped my older boy with bad knees regain mobility without surgery and are so kind to my younger boy who had a traumatic start in life and is terrified of the vet. They are empathetic and listen to my concerns. They are gentle and take their time with my boys. And the curb side check-in and payment are a godsend when trying to wrangle multiple dogs that aren’t fond of other animals. So glad I found them!

Brought my baby to Heritage for the first time last week. I was completely impressed from the start of the appointment to the end. The staff and Vet are caring, patient, knowledgeable and are not pushy with treatments like other offices we've visited in the past. I will be taking my pup here exclusively going forward.

Thrilled with our new Vet! Great staff and Dr. Sanford never rushes through an appointment. We always get a follow-up call from the office to check on how our pup is doing which is greatly appreciated.

My girlfriend called the office to see if we could get a quote for services to find out if her dog may potentially have cancer. We called an office before this one and they gave us a range so we could get an idea of what we may need to come up with. We understand that not every office is willing to give a quote over the phone, but for whoever answered our phone call, to have the audacity to hang up on her while you can hear how heartbroken and scared she is in her voice is ridiculous. No compassion in a career that needs it the most. You could hear her hanging the phone up so we know it wasn't an accidental disconnect. Who wants to be treated like that when we are trying to find help for our baby.

I recently took my cats to Heritage Veterinarian Hospital for their routine check ups and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly caring and friendly, making both me and my pets feel comfortable. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided excellent care. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a compassionate veterinary team!
