Celeste and Cynthia did a great job helping me find the exact same model of ring I wanted! They were fantastic in finding the right person to resize it at the quickest schedule available and it took a lot off of my plate when I'm already busy.
Every time I walked in the store they were able to put a name to my face even though there were months between my visits. As I refined my search and options I always found the Helzberg diamonds staff to be easy to talk to, didn't ever try to push me for an upcharge, and always accomodating when I'm indecisively bouncing between options.
Buying can always be stressful, but good customer service helps take some of the burden off!

Great customer service, superior diamond (4C's) / jewelry selection, at better price points than comparable jewelry / diamond stores.
Celeste & Jill were especially helpful and knowledgeable without high pressure sales tactics. Due diligence led me to many jewelry stores which allowed me to finally purchase with confidence at Helzberg. Highly recommend.
