The Best! We switched from a big store where customer service is in the tank. West Pine Pharmacy has been a breath of fresh air in every way!Prescriptions always stocked, delivery options outstanding and customer service always top notch. The communication coming from West Pine is amazing! Having less worries about your prescriptions sure takes a load off.I don’t know why anyone would think twice about switching to WPF! It seems like a big step and one reason we didn’t do it sooner. It could not have been a smoother transfer over to our new favorite pharmacy!

So, I've only recently started filling one of my more important prescriptions at West Pine Pharmacy. It's fairly close, and they seem to have it every time I need it, so it has become my once-a-month go-to for this medication. Not only that, they are the friendliest, most knowledgeable pharmacy staff I deal with, by far.Thank you guys for always having the answers I need, with a smile.

Professional and friendly staff. Supportive of neighborhood. Even have a free drop box where you can drop unused prescriptions so they are destroyed correctly.

As a customer for a decade plus, WPP used to be 5 star all around. Recent changes have destroyed my trust and confidence in their overall professionalism. Recently my regular monthly refills were held up 2days. Failed promised a.m. delivery-P.m. promised refills with driver-next stop. Hrs later driver informed me he had just picked it up. The "NEW" customer service....??

This independent pharmacy is the only place in the city I'll go to. The technicians and Pharmacists are some of the warmest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They have always been able to answer my many questions with great care. They offer free deliveries to locals, which is a huge help when you're under the weather and can't make it out. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

The pharmacists and staff at West Pine Pharmacy take a personal interest in their patients. We have been customers of theirs for 15 years. Most recently I greatly appreciated the pharmacist who counseled with me about the medication I was picking up. It was one that could cause an allergic reaction based on the health record that the Pharmacy has for me. We had a very informative conversation and he wanted to make sure I had a plan in place in case I had an allergic reaction. I felt that I would know what to do and appreciated his urging me to have a bottle of Benadryl on hand. As it turned out I did have an allergic reaction within about 45 minutes of taking it. I knew what to do and the Benadryl was effective. I feel so good having these professionals so close to where we live. They take an active interest in our health and well-being. And they have the best greeting cards!
