If you don't want your clothes folded, this is the place to go. I had high hopes for this place as it's close to home. We dropped off our laundry and they were timely. Done when they said it would be, but when I went to take the clothes out of the bag, nothing was folded. They just pulled the clothes out of the dryer and put them in bag. Everything was clean and extremely wrinkled. Not what I expected from a laundry service. Needless to say, we found somewhere else.

Says same day service on the sign but when I got there at opening at 7am on Thursday with just a suit and two shirts the lady says I couldn't get my services done until Monday morning because "the guys in back don't work on the weekends"When I pointed out that it was Thursday morning and not the weekend she was non-plussed....when I asked how they'd have them done on Monday morning if they don't work on the weekends she even more confused.Horrible customer service.Avoid at all costs.

What happened here? Used to have a friendly and competent person at the desk. Last visit to pick up a bed spread, the attendant practically ripped my bed spread out of my hands when I went to pick it up. I've always had a card on file with this place, but something must have gone wrong. Instead of politely saying that they card didn't process or they were no longer accepting cards on file, the j*** at the counter left me feeling like a criminal.Won't be back.

Dry cleaners have been around for decades, maybe even a century at this point and this place manages to be the absolute worst one in the history of time. If they updated their timing to be realistic, then only 50% of their problems would be solved. Dropped shirts off on a Tuesday, said pickup would be Friday, then on Friday they said it would be Saturday, then on Saturday it would be Tuesday, then the next Friday they were ready. While I was in line, 3 other people had the exact same issue I did, and 2 people were returning other peoples laundry that they got back mistakenly. Meanwhile, running the store is literally one person who moves at the speed of a dying snail and apparently doesn't know the layout of their own store and repeatedly said that their boss would be back "soon" and the boss needed to look in the back.

I came in a day late to get my coats for work and they did not have it. They processed to tell me that I can go pick it up in Clayton, mind you I tried this place because they are two blocks from my job downtown

Great hospitable service and timely. Always find street parking out front. This is the only dry cleaner I will use in STL.

I took them a brand new tie, that had been worn one time. They lost it, refused to reimburse me for it, can't find it. I had probably six interactions with them over a period of 2 months, and nothing was ever done about it. They've had that tie longer than I have. And they don't care. And, I had to pay ahead of time, so in effect I paid for them to lose it.

A friend was in town for a few days and needed to get something dry cleaned quickly, over the weekend. A couple other places weren't able to take care of it given the turnaround time but express valet was available and did a great job. Was very happy with their friendly and prompt service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We had a drop off on Saturday for six shirts, three sports jackets and a three piece suit. They require payment in advance which is fine with me. Payment of $40.29. On the slip, she had down pickup on Tuesday after 4:00 pm, and she even mentioned this to us. I did not go in on Tuesday, but rather waited a day after and went in on Wednesday at 4:00 pm. The worker was extremely rude to me. She starts off by saying the factory delivered the items and there was no order. She scurried about looking for the shirts, suits and sports jackets. She then proceeded to ask me when I brought the items in, and the slip I gave her clearly indicated Saturday, so she could have figured that out herself. She then told me that if the items are brought in on Saturday, they will not be ready before the following Thursday. I then told her that the worker on Saturday put the date down for Tuesday, we did not ask for this date, she gave it to us, and if she would have said Thursday, I would have been there no earlier than Thursday of course. She then said the worker on Saturday should have manually changed the date, whatever that means. Clearly, this was a store problem. She scurried about for over ten minutes looking for the items. At no point did she ever utter any kind of apology for this clearly store issue and obvious customer inconvenience. If she had and said something to the effect of: "I am sorry for the inconvenience, please kindly wait and I will assemble your items shortly", I would have said, sure, no problem. However, her attitude was accusatory towards me, like I should have somehow known that the items would not be ready until Thursday, even though the slip the worker gave me said they would be ready on Tuesday after 4:00 p.m. At a time when more people work from home and do not require any dry cleaning, you would think that they would have a semblance of proper customer service. Not at all. The behavior of this worker was rude and offensive. She seemed to be blaming me for coming in to pick up my items on a day after the day set forth by the store. Extremely rude. I will not be back to this store, EVER, and will tell everyone I know who needs dry cleaning about this rather negative experience, so they will stay away as well.

Lost two pairs of expensive dress pants due to Greener Cleaners: Greener Cleaners gave them to another customer, who they cannot contact due to that customer having no connected cell phone. When I expressed my frustration with this and asked for compensation for the pants I was told they would continue to try and get in contact with the customer the next time they came into the facility. This was the best they could offer. I have called the owner twice to find a resolution to this issue and have heard nothing back. I am a neighbor of this establishment, and my family of 5 were long time customers ?trying to support a local organization, but are now very disappointed and unwilling to return without some type of acceptable resolution. Will recommend against using them to my neighbors and colleagues.

They only take cash or...wait for it...checks. Do they scrub the clothes on a washboard down by the river?
