I dropped my car off as some lights came on. It was fixed and then a couple days after I picked up they came back on. This happened twice more. I blame this on the car issues - NOT their service. My car seemed to have been sneaky about what was wrong with it, with the codes being able to be various amounts of things. Each time I was told to bring it back and they’d fix it. Jim was transparent and communicated well about what was going on the whole time. I was told that parts were being ordered and approx when it should be finished. The third time took a little longer but that was only because they broke it down, ordered several more parts and ran multiple tests to ensure it was actually fixed - all at no additional cost. They said I paid for it to be fixed the first time, so they made it right. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend!!!

Went there for a 2nd opinion after another shop told us we needed front brakes and quoted us $700 to replace. Got a call from the mechanic at Gravois Auto and was told our brakes are perfectly fine. Even though they technically didn't do any work on the vehicle I appreciate their honesty and will definitely bring my car there for any future work.

I have gone here for minor things in the past and just had my damaged control arms replaced (I blame the STL potholes). They did an amazing job and the prices were reasonable. I also really like how they do not talk down to me because i’m not an expert in cars. Totally recommend them!

Used them over 20 year's ago and switched to the dealership I work for, more convenient, but eventually learned not the best choice. Going back to them, mostly for the relationships I developed there and the prices. Thank you Kristen and Hope for winning me over years ago. ?

It may be the best auto repair shop I've been to in my life and I'm 67 years old. I did not know they had a shop on Gravois. Their Tesson Ferry shop was busy they sent me to the Gravois shop and I was taken care of immediately. They will always get my car business and you should take your car to them too

I have been taking my cars to Gravois Auto for over 15 years. They ALWAYS give me a fair price and quality timely work. Kristen is amazing and knows us by name. We don't trust anyone else, even with oil changes! Don't be upsold by other garages. Go straight to the best!

The staff at Gravois Auto have been very good to me. They find the problem and fix it in a very timely manner. They are honest, knowledgeable and always professional. They are my new go to garage because we all know how hard it is to find a good and honest auto repair garage. Outstanding job guys!!

My definite go to spot for a full synthetic oil change and they are substantially cheaper than any big name location or dealership! First come first serve though so be mindful of that if you choose to use their services! They are honest people and don't just see you as a $.

Great place to go for an oil change. It's cheaper to have them change your oil then it is to do it yourself. So why not just take it to them? Right??

Got an oil change and the following day at work I found a puddle of oil under my truck. Found out the oil filter was loose.Called them, no apologies, tells me to bring it in and they'll fill it up and that was it.
