A few years ago, we refreshed our kitchen with new countertops, appliances, sink, backsplash and cabinets. I noticed that the granite piece behind the stove had started to “sink” compromising the backsplash tile. Graniterra came out, moved the stove out, repaired the issue, repaired the grouting and backsplash, and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job and it looks brand spanking new. Best part it was covered by their lifetime warranty. I had used this company (different name), in 2000 for a previous kitchen remodel, and I was pleased with their work then too. Can’t say enough good things about them!!

Update: Giving an update as I had been contacted by Graniterra directly to discuss the issues I posted below and love that they followed up in regards to the issues we had experienced. I'm all for giving second chances if someone is willing to work on rectifying a situation and will try using them again.Worked with them on installing a neolith shower surround for a client. Total lack of communication. Everytime they scheduled with us they would just not show up and then I would call and ask for a reschedule just to have them not show up again. They originally quoted my clients a certain price and then realized they made a mistake and we had to pay for another slab. They never communicated the installation schedule with us and had to install 3 separate times just for their workmanship to be sub par. The sales rep came out and confirmed that they had indeed should have finished caulking. They held up production of the entire build, cost my clients extra money, and on top of that refused to ever even give any kind of a discount. Worst experience I have ever had with a fabricator.

My wife and I had a 48 x 22 x 1 inch slab of soapstone from a laboratory bench in the chemistry building where we went to college (when the building was taken out of service). We had carted it around with us for 47 years of marriage through our first apartment, first house, and into the house we now own, thinking that someday we would find the piece of furniture it was meant for. When Nancy came into the card catalog/cabinet shown, a curb find, we knew this was what we had been waiting for. As Nancy restored the cabinet, Kasey Mayle-Combs worked with us to generate the specifications, work order, and price to true up the stone, polish it, and generally make it look good. Kasey was a joy to work with, and we’re very pleased with her and Graniterra for turning this piece of our personal history into an attractive and functional piece of furniture for Nancy’s workshop.George Klemm

We are very pleased with the results. The countertop looks great! Thank you to our salesman Anthony who went above and beyond to make things right.

Anthony was our rep and he was professional, funny, and knowledgeable. Tim also was a great help and Doug and Nathan were fast with installation. I highly recommend Graniteria and all its employees.

I was introduced to graniterra by my project manager. I had a small job that I needed to get done for my kitchen. They showed up at the job site and then when install was going to happen they said leveling in the kitchen cabinets needed to happen. So, my contractor took care of that then appt got rescheduled. The day came they needed additional things to happen due to the sink. (They ordered the sink). I called John the VP and asked why they have to keep going back. My contractor said that John cursed at him and was very rude. He was rude to me as well. He cuts you off when you are talking. I had to cancel a few appointments because I still didn't know when the job would be complete. I asked if he would be offering a discount because of the back and forth. He said "I don't want to talk about that right now, I just want this job done" then I will call you". Weeks went by no call, then I tell my husband that I need to call and pay the remaining balance. He tells me that actually they charged the card. So when I check the statement balance it's more than original quote. I call Susan she said there was an additional $250 charge to go back to the job site. What about the times we had to go back because you guys still can't get it right. The custom service sucks, there was no resolution. I let him know I would put a review about my experience and he said "are you threatening me?" No John I'm provide my experience with your company. Don't do work with this company, they don't provide quality customer service.

This company has always had great customer service. 6 years ago they did an outstanding job putting in our kitchen counters as well as the bathroom ones. Then as they say accidents happen, our granddaughter dropped a glass soap dispenser and broke our bathroom sink. Anthony Philip performed above and beyond, he immediately jumped in and regardless of the fact this was an install from 6 years ago he was able to figure out what sink would work and then delivered it 40 miles to us saving us a trip to the city. if you are in need of high quality Granite counters give him a call you will be happy with his service.

We had an excellent experience working with Gage Robbins at Graniterra. He was knowledgable, helpful and patiently attentive. Outstanding communication throughout our project. He offered competitive pricing and high quality material and service for our bathroom and dressing room remodel. Highly recommend Gage Robbins and Graniterra.

I had, what I was lead to believe, was a standard laminate replacement w/ granite. At the time of sale, I was told it would take 2 days of work over a 11 day period but it took 10 visits and 3 weeks to complete. They were unable to duplicate the original layout along with several flaws in the install; seams not matching, faucet hitting the backsplash, etc. I reached out to the Dir. of Ops to express my dissatisfaction and he was rude, talked over me and was unwilling to try and make it right. There are a lot of local granite vendors-I will do a better job of vetting them next time. My salesperson called me after this review and apologized & offered to come by & look at the issues. I appreciate her effort.

Standard laminate replacement with granite. Was told, at time of sale, it would take 7 business days to complete and 2 visits; 1 day for Tear out & measure and 1 day for install. It took 10 separate visits and over 3 weeks to complete (I had to take 7 additional vacation days due to the multiple visits) and they were unable to duplicate the original countertop layout. I talked to each of the many work crews, several times, about the layout issues they were having. I even showed them pictures I had taken before the work started, to show my layout areas of concern. When talking with the Director of Operations expressing my unhappiness and my areas of concern; he told me this project was \

It took over 3 weeks and 10 visits (required me take 7 additional vacation days to accommodate) and they were unable to duplicate the original layout as expected. I talked with each crew, showed pictures I had taken before the work began so they could see my expectation. Upon completion I talked with the Director of Operations who was rude, talked over me and was unwilling to try and "make it right" so they would have a satisfied customer. There are a lot of granite vendors out there, I recommend shopping around.

This is one great business! Gage worked with me picking out quartz in their "very cool" large warehouse full of 100s of huge slabs (6' X 10') of granite & quartz. Justin came by and did a spot-on job measuring. Fabricators cut our large slabs in ONE piece. Dave & Fred did a fine job installing. Bridget was very patient with me as I changed our install date three times. Best of all, their price was 1/3 LESS than my other bid and the install time was one week after measuring. Awesome experience!

This company is horrible! I called to gather more information from them. I spoke with a Man named Gage who was extremely rude! We were looking for assistance with repairing our countertops and his response seemed as if he was bothered we called them. He stated "we only work on counter tops we installed. If you didn't buy them from us I can't help you." When I asked if he was aware of anyone who did do repair work he said "we don't pay any attention to our competition." This company is NOT who you want to do business with!
