It's been a while since I stopped into this location. It used to have an extensive book section, but it's been split in half. It looked like they had removed several shelves, too.The store was relatively clean, which is always a plus. For some reason, employees were yelling across the store to each other to communicate.

This stores makes up its own hours January, 15th came here on a Sunday and there is a paper attached to the door saying New Store hours ? Google says 8pm. Update the store hours to whatever you want, but people use google to verify hours before driving all the way to your location. Wasted my gas for no reason. I have attached a picture of “new hours” so hopefully others don’t waste their time. Also get your damn prices in order, stuff from target shouldn’t cost more at goodwill than target!

Prices on everything have skyrocketed thanks to Bidenflation/Bidenomics. Still, a decent place to shop. You never know what you will find.

Thrift stores are a great way to save money and give back to the community in several ways. Donate usable items and clothing that can be resold to help provide jobs and serve others. Intake workers will unload your donations and offer a receipt. Please be kind when dropping off...remember someone has to sort through all that stuff. Goodwill stores seem better organized than in the past and off have extra discounts to move older merchandise. While I was there, yellow tags were 75% off, so I went on a scavenger and found a glamorous sweater for the holidays for the grand total of $1.22; tax free since your purchase is considered a charitable donation.

I bought a nightstand on a Saturday night. They wanted me to sign something to put it in my car and he had to call someone. I said never mind and took it to my trunk myself. My key FOB ( push start) somehow got ripped off my Keychain in the process and I didn't notice and drove off without the FOB . Got to my destination and turned off the engine. That's when I realized my FOB wasn't on my key ring. It must have fallen off at Goodwill parking lot near the car otherwise the push start wouldn't start if FOB isn't near.I was stranded and couldn't restart my car w/o the FOB. Panicked and crying bc I didnt have a spare FOB I called. I begged them to look in the parking space right outside the door. I told them my situation. He didn't GAF. He said its Saturday and near closing. This is the world we live in now.

This is my experience - I don’t consider myself a confrontational person, but I just had an exchange with the “workers” at the Goodwill Store at Lindbergh and Baptist Church Rd. I was dropping off a load of unsold items left over from my garage sale. First off, the guy at the drop off area acted like it was an imposition for him to even roll a cart down for me. I told him I would load it myself. A woman behind me was donating a nice wing back chair. He took it and just threw it upside down into the collection bin. I guess it wasn’t even my business, and maybe I overreacted, but I thought that was just really rude of him to do that. So I called him out on that, telling him the lady donated a nice chair and he didn’t need to treat it like trash. He mumbled something. Then another co-worker told me I didn’t need to talk at him but to him. I replied I did talk to him and the least they could do is say "hi" and thank the people for their donations - and treat the items better. Then the original guy gave me a snotty “thank you”. I told him "don’t thank me, thank the lady whose chair you threw down like trash". Then the other guy defended him, telling him he did nothing wrong. Wow! So, I have at least 3 more loads of items to donate. I’ll now go to the Savers in Crestwood or St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store. I don’t care if it’s a longer drive. I will never set foot in this location again, to donate or to shop.

I lost an earring . It's gold and dangle and handmaid. My deceased grandmother left me the earrings and it fell out my ear when I was shopping Saturday night. Reward if found.

Huge selection of items to the point that things are stacked on top of each other and you have to dig through stuff. The clothes racks are so full that it's somewhat difficult to see items. They've raised prices and some items are simply not worth the listing price. Two food storage containers, priced at 4.48 are sold for 2.50 at Dollar Tree. 3.+ for a half empty bottle of a no-name lotion.Like so many others, Goodwill has become big business. It's no longer for the physically and mentally challenged individuals seeking a vocation.Shame on you, Goodwill...
