Good centralized place in Saint Louis to donate and to shop. Big and well organized with new stuff coming onto the floor constantly. They do tend to way overcharge for designer items like handbags though. Overall I see all sorts of people shopping here and the employees are professional at their jobs for the most part and it’s a good Goodwill store.

I love thrifting but only for new and fashionable things so I don't waste my time here. It's stocked with too many outdated rags. Always! The Goodwill on West Florissant has far nicer merchandise.

Was given the wrong information about the return policy by the cashier. I was told I could return to any location within 2 weeks but other locations will not accept a return from another store. BEWARE!

I brought an item up to the register which ended up not having a tag. The associate took it out of my items and said I couldn’t buy it without a tag. No discussion. Everything else was fine, housewares section was lackluster.

Prices are a joke. They have a good brand name, but the company is a joke and hides behind hiring disabled workers, who probably need to be represented by a union btw. What i do know is some of the items in store are ridiculous for something that they are receiving for free! st vincent does not price like that, and other goodwill stores are not pricing outrageously despite using the excuse inflation. Simply Greed, because if you can make more money why not? Some of the items priced, you can literally buy from a store brand new. Disappointed, use to LOVE this store until they got greedy. New management sucks.

The employees were all kind and professional, the store was clean, and there was a great selection! Lots of clothes and miscellaneous items. I bought 3 dress shirts for $14! I will be back!

The price increases are not proportional with expense increases (despite their formulaic replies to other reviews) and are not consistent with other Goodwill locations. They do not offer bags which would be fine if there was any indication of that BEFORE you've paid and the transaction is completed and you're having to try to juggle your purchases. Mens clothing doesnt even have a section for running pants/joggers/etc and instead the men's athletic wear is mixed into women's. That would be fine but it does make it significantly harder to find the correct size. I will not be returning to this location. As far as accessories, shoes, and most of their kitchen goods, they're not much more affordable than Walmart or Family Dollar. Avoid this location!
