I had an interview at 12:00pm. I arrived about 10 minutes before as a punctual candidate. I wanted 45 minutes for my interview and once I stated I wanted to cancel. The pharmacy technician brushed it off and never told the hiring manager. On top of this many of the customers were leaving dissatisfied due to their lack in ability to fill scripts in a timely manner.This company has too much food on their plate!

This pharmacy is wonderful. Can be a little hard to get a hold of on the phone unless you call right away in the morning but, worth it! Great pharmacy with outstanding employees who are courteous and very helpful. Also, have a nice small area for OTC products which is helpful. Easy to find and great parking. Delivery service is available with a small fee. This pharmacy is too notch and you will never be disappointed.

For the last couple years, it's worked like clockwork. My doctor called in my prescription, and Goldsmith would pop it in the mail for me. The whole process took about 3 days, from the time I called my doc about a refill, to the time I was receiving my meds in the mailbox. It was super convenient. Then this past month (January), my doctor called in my medication, but it was not automatically mailed out, as noted in my account that it should be, and noone contacted me to tell me it was just sitting there. When I called to find out what was up, I was told they no longer will mail narcotic prescriptions, but that I could get it done this one last time. That was over a week ago. I still have not received my medication, and now I can't get a human being on the phone. Caller #15 in line, really? I called in my medication need to the doc on January 19. Today is February 1st, and still nothing. Although, I did receive a voice-mail from the pharmacy 2 days ago explaining the rates for mailing meds are going up as of February. It's a good thing this isn't a life saving medication, but not having access has caused me undue pain, and I've had to ration the end of my last month's medication to avoid withdrawal symptoms. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I have a new Dr who prefers them. I'd never heard of them, but ok, she thinks highly of them, so I'll give it a try. My first visit or two was fine (Aug/Sept 2022). But since then, it's been a nightmare. Sitting on hold for 60-90 minutes to speak to someone is ridiculous. They offer you the option to text for faster service, but good luck with that.Today, I sat on hold for 30 minutes starting at caller 7 in line, was finally caller number 3, and they disconnected my call. Called right back only to find out I was back to #5. I don't have the luxury of sitting on hold for another 45 minutes!In December, I called to check on a script that was ready, and at no point did they tell me they moved. No automated message, nothing in the "your Rx is ready" text, and nothing when I spoke to someone. I show up only to discover they've moved to Des Peres, and it's even LESS convenient than the original location (Ballas/40).Text messages say "your Rx is ready to be mailed or picked up". I have no idea what med is ready, or if they've set it to be mailed (which they did one time despite me telling them I'd always pick up). But who wants to sit on hold for an hour just to find out what med is ready?! Include it in the text. Costco manages to include the med AND the price in their texts.I have a script that's for 28 pills for HRT. They wait to process the refill around 30-31 days. Last time was 35 days. Seriously?? Then they tell me it's finally ready, late on a Friday, and they're closed all weekend and the soonest I can make the trek out there due to work obligations AND a holiday is the following Thursday. That's over a week without. Mailing is an option, yes, but it's a gamble due to rampant mail/package thievery in the city. I'd rather not have expensive meds walking off my porch.I have 2 scripts that I will have to keep there for reasons beyond my control, but the others I am moving. The service is terrible. The one girl who often works the counter is quite unfriendly. Antoine is the only person I've talked to who has customer service and people skills. Between that and the "banker's hours" they're open, making it impossible to go after work, there is no good reason to continue using them.

This is hands-down the BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and my mom feels the same. I am her caregiver and she is on a lot of medications. She is no longer mobile, and I often have to stay with her at home. Goldsmith delivers to our door!! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and far more competent than any of the big pharmacy chains that are disorganized and usually out of the medications she needs to live. I've been meaning to leave a review, which is something I have rarely even done. This place gives me a much greater appreciation for independent pharmacies, and is the best one I've dealt with in my 40 years. Thank you!

The customer service in-person is excellent. I arrived at closing time and the pharmacist opened back up to get me my Rx. I am rating them at 3 stars because they are almost impossible to reach via phone or text. There have been multiple occasions where I have spent over an hour on hold. Yesterday, I was number 6 in queue when I called. I hung up 75 minutes later because I was only up to number 4 in the queue.

This pharmacy is the worst. I was told to go here by my Dr. That was several months ago, I got the first dose and now they don't answer the phone and or send me the medicine I need. I was on hold today for almost an hour and no one picked up. Good this that drug wasn't keeping me alive.

Tried this pharmacy. However they leave me a message I have to call back and it takes hours sitting in the que just for someone to tell me they can not get my script and its on backorder for 6+ months. I would love to use this pharmacy but they are not making it easy.
