Called the the guy who answered the phone had a bad attitude from the start and just wanted to argue, it’s horrible because he admitted he didn’t know what he was talking about but still argued

Glass Doctor of St. Louis - The Technician - Robert was great! Unfortunately, he was at the mercy of the people at the local office. Although the people in the office made everything right, they could have handled this much better. They inconvenienced both me and the Technician with their lack of attention to detail and lack of communication. The problems could have been easily avoided if the people at the office had just talked to each other. Again Robert the technician was great! He worked hard to make up for the mistakes of the office people. Robert gets five stars. The office people only get three.

Found my car damaged as I was leaving for work. Not only did the get me in the same day, unlike a larger glass firm, they cost less and did a great job. Team explained everything clearly and were really friendly. Highly recommend.

Appearance after the fix is better, but the technician needed to drill slightly more into the glass leaving a pin hole size crackNot as noticeable but different type of crack from the initial damage

Technician came to my parking garage downtown to repair my RR window that was broken by thieves in Forest Park. Took less than an hour. Tech did a great, thorough job. Will and do recommend.
