My car did not know how to behave once it was cleaned. :)The folks at General Grant treated my vehicle as their own, and it shows in the detail as well as the time they spent on it. I am grateful for their service, and appreciate that they stood behind their work when I returned the next day to get the interior windows re-cleaned. I'm loyal to General Grant car wash because they are fast, friendly and I get consistently good service and results. Their prices are right, too, you can hardly get a do it yourself car wash for much less!

Be aware that this place treats women differently than men when I observed the staff. They took half as much time on my car as any man's car. My car was still dirty inside.Services: Polishing

Truly unfortunate, this car wash was formally the best in the area. To my shock and horror today they used a floor broom on the front of my black car before it entered the car wash!!! I can only assume they are using this scratch creating method to remove bugs. Truly a poor and uneducated choice. I will no longer be using General for any of my vehicles. I can only hope they realize the error of this method before many more vehicle finishes are damaged.

Every time I get my car cleaned it looks new again. The detail center was great for making it spotless after a road trip with a toddler and a dog, a must from now on. And they’re great about making sure you are 100% satisfied before you drive away. Top notch service, staff and owners.

I signed up for the unlimited club and the service was excellent. They all work together well and my car was super clean. They hand dried it and scrubbed my tires with a brush. The price is actually better than my previous car wash and they do a better job, too. It's also easy to get in and out. I'm very happy with General Grant Car Wash!

They always do me right when I go here. Recently got the full detailing package done and my car looks amazing, inside and out. The staff are always cool and friendly. I live about 45 minutes away and I still make the drive because they are that worth it.Services: Full body wash

Monthly membership is so worth it if you like having a clean car! Even when there's a line, they work fast. I haven't had them detail my car but I've watched them through the window and it looks like they do a phenomenal job those cars end up looking brand new inside! Remember to tip ?
