This one is funny. Also, employee needs to be better salesmen and be more professional.A male employee tried selling my friend a controller warranty. Nothing crazy,, pretty standard and part of their job to do so.My friend declined it and the employees attitude shifted and they seemed mad that my friend didn't buy the warranty. The guy said "best of luck with that controller" super snydly on our way out, since we didn't get the warranty. My friend and I walked away to not be confrontational.The funny thing is, my friend was replacing his Xbox One controller that was almost 10 years old. Needless to say, we didn't lose out. But that employee needs to do better and be more professional, as this won't cut it in a sales career.

Our third try of trying to go to the Galleria gamestop and it is closed for no apparent reason despite the fact that the hours are listed as open. Ridiculous!!@

Associate named John was not customer friendly.Bought our item, realized we didn't have our account put in, walked back in, asked if they could connect our account for our points, refused to put in our number for our pro account, claiming customer lookup was down, even though we checked out perfectly fine, and didn't offer a bag. Asked for one, whipped the bag at me, (also didn't offer to bag the item the first time)All in all, they made it seem like we were a bother to be there.

John was not a super friendly guy. From claiming the customer lookup was down despite the transaction going through, to him denying another customer a look up on something she was after... clearly does not care about his job and shouldn't be in a position where you need to communicate with customers. Also didn't feel like bagging what we had bought and when we asked for one he just tossed us one. Great guy.

Entered.. not acknowledged. Went to the counter and associate was on his phone. He stared at me like I was disturbing him instead of getting me and asking how he could help. After retrieving my item [from behind the counter no less] and ringing me up.. he just shoved me my bag. I won't be back.

Didn't even get acknowledged that I was in the store. The 3 guys there just talked at the front. The one who checked me out was still in training and talking about how he actively hated this place..... then tried to give me the game cases with no games in them. I didn't just give you 109 dollars for empty containers of plastic! I caught it, though. They need to start all over with new staff.

Called me to come pick up a preorder and said that they would hold the game until the end of the week. Go in within the timeframe that they gave me and said that they already sold the game. Game was supposed to come with a preorder bonus, and they refused to give me the item although they did not have the game to give me. The store also refused to refund the amount on the preorder saying that I would need to transfer it to another game.Store manager claims to have no idea that any of this happened because he was out sick with COVID (and was in the store not wearing a mask.Store manager also sends me to the counter where the girl is not doing anything, the immediately intervenes because the customer he was working with left the store.This is not the experience I ever had with the old store manager, and the service in this store has gone downhill fast! I will not be doing preorders at this location again

Purchased a Ps4 charging cord for a controller. Not only did they have it in stock but there was multiple options to choose from. 6 ft cord! Great store and location
