Simply fantastic. Truly.Apartments had nice, modern finishes, which was a big deciding factor when I picked the place; for the money, you really get a lot of value. AND IT IS CLEAN. The building as a whole is kept virtually spotless and not once was I worried about unwanted visitors with the security staff watching the entrances.Speaking of security staff, one thing that was a big deal to me when I was shopping for a place was having a secure package room for anything I ordered online. The last couple of places I lived at had trouble with people coming in and stealing packages after they were delivered. Not once did I have any issues with package theft at the 720 Gallery. Security was always at the desk 24/7, and any time I had a package, all I had to do was ask, and they would go retrieve it from the secure room for me.The amenities on the fourth floor were also nice, in good shape, and clean. I had people over all the time and would use the hot tubs or the gym area. Also a nice quiet office space with free wi-fi, which is a bonus if you are ever in a pinch and need it or are looking for a place to get some work done.Maintenance was on top of their game; any time there was an issue, they were very quick to remedy the situation. Darvis, the head maintenance guy seemed to really know his way around the place and was always in and out in no time. I don't think I ever waited more than 24 hours to get something fixed. The management staff really made it a great experience. I've lived in several different buildings in the St. Louis area and I have to say, whoever owns the 720 Gallery property needs to give James and Jody a raise and make sure they keep them. They are awesome at their jobs, make guests feel welcomed, and are a hoot to be around. They really went above and beyond from the time I was just shopping for a place to live, to the time I moved out, and made the whole process fun and easy. Any time I had questions about anything, they had answers or knew where to point me to find them.

Gallery 720 was my home for the past three years while in school. I'll break my review into three sections: (1) Management, (2) Apartment, and (3) Location.Management: During my time, the members of the leasing office were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The move-in and move-out process was seamless on my end. Ms. Lily, one of the security guards at the front desk, instantly became an integral part of my life at Gallery 720. If I needed to pick-up a package, Ms. Lily was there. If I locked myself out of my apartment, Ms. Lily was there. Ms. Lily always addressed me by name and greeted me any time I entered or exited the building. Having a staff member like Ms. Lily really made my experience at Gallery 720 above and beyond. The maintenance staff was equally impressive. I never waited more than 48 hours for a service request to be completed. They were respectful of my space, friendly, and efficient.Apartment: I lived in the "10" style studio apartment on the 9th floor. I had nice views of the city with the floor to ceiling windows. However, note that during the summer, the windows let in a lot of heat (even with the blinds closed). I'm not sure if the entire building is this way, but the studio apartments have central air conditioners attached to all the apartments. This resulted in some interesting smells coming through the air vents and a lack of individualized temperature control. It's not an ideal set-up, but it really didn't bother me personally. My unit was equipped with a high efficiency washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The apartment really does look nice and I received several compliments from friends that would visit. Additionally, considering the market-based price of similarly situated apartments in the downtown area, the asking price for rent at this apartment is very reasonable. The fourth floor amenity level is exceptional: the largest gym I've seen in an apartment building, rooftop pool, hot tubs, grills, business center, and a rentable event room.Location: The building is locked to outside visitors from 6:00pm to 6:00am which is a must in downtown St. Louis. I've seen some terrible things outside my window in the late hours of the night, but I've never felt unsafe inside the apartment building. Downtown St. Louis isn't the safest place, obviously, but Gallery 720 does make sure that its residents are looked after. Setting aside the crime, the location is perfect for downtown living. You can get to the arch in about 15 minutes on foot, about 10 minutes to get to Busch stadium, about 20 minutes to Enterprise Center, about 5 minutes to America's Convention Center, and about 2 minutes to the downtown Schnucks. There's plenty of nightlife and restaurants all within a 10 minute walking distance of the apartment.Overall: My decision to live at Gallery 720 was perfect for me. The location suited my needs for school. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities that I could want. The management and staff at the building were phenomenal. I'm confident that Gallery 720 deserves a 5/5 review.

Gallery 720 is by far the best place that I've ever lived!! I lived there for almost 2 years. There were 2 members of the office staff James & Lance that were always so helpful and friendly. I was moving from my hometown 2 hours away but they made my move in process so easy. One of the security workers Ms. Lily was also amazing. Always so friendly and she always had kind & encouraging words to say. The building was always so clean and quiet. There were times that I thought I was the only person living on my floor. I had two jobs so it was very nice to come home to peace & quiet. I also loved the fact that no 1 could just drop by to see me with the 24 hour security that this property provided. If you are looking for the prefect place to live, please consider Gallery 720 or one of the other 3 locations that they have also located in the downtown area. I'm sure that the staff at the other locations are just as amazing as the Gallery 720 staff!!! Thank you for everything!!!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 and a half years. We have never lived in a place where we have felt this safe in our home. Having 24 hour security makes such a difference for well being. Management is the best we’ve ever had. Any maintenance issues we have had have been resolved within 24 hours of putting in a request. The amenities available to residents are top notch. Anyone considering moving here will not be disappointed.

James D in the management office makes this feel like a home and not a rental. He works to hear the need and works to meet the need. He is caring, understanding and a great listener.

The leasing managers and security officers are trash there's always a new one every 2 months that are ignorant they never answer the phone. Upon moving out they will charge you! Stay away from this place. They have predatory rental practices.

Amazing building! Such a lovely staff (both leasing office, security, cleaning), always willing to help and answer questions! I’ve lived here for almost a year now and haven’t had any issues. The apartments are modern, sleek, and have great finishes. The in-unit washer/dryer is so convenient and the amenities (pool, hot tub, grills, patio, pool table, TV, kitchen, etc.) are all great! Would definitely recommend!

Heartbroken..... the tour was perfect, I was very excited almost 5 stars, until their policy of no dogs allowed only cats, supposedly because it's part commercial. The owner really really needs to change that policy ASAP. Man I would have loved to live here.

Lived here for 18 mos. Great place to live due to the proximity, amenities, and most importantly, the staff. Candace is a true property manager ready to listen to your needs as they arise and constantly making improvements. Another male leasing agent was able to print out my resume on short notice for a job interview (that I got). As for security, Miss Lilly and Ms. Karen are lovely security desk agents who are very attentive and knows you by name. The finishes are well appointed in the studios. They were more modern with either wood or concrete flooring and white granite counter tops. In regards to noise, there are times you can hear neighbors (usually during holidays and bigger events) but nothing too crazy. However, you are signing something in the lease to allow for them to make construction noises as they continue to improve the building. Due to me getting a new job, I had to move to be a little bit closer to work, but don't worry, my new home is still with Brandonview LLC in the CWE! :) PROS: - proximity to grocers and nightlife - great staff - amenities (pool, deck, hot tub, and gym) - in unit laundry - free electricity CONS: - they charge for dust on fans so please be clean upon move-out - sometimes checks were taken out a bit later but if you give a money order all is well!

My husband and I have lived at Gallery 720 since February 2018 and love living here. It is a very secure building in a quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to both of our jobs downtown. The supermarket is one block away which is very convenient. The management team has always been responsive to anything we need. We have a terrific view of the Arch and the city. Everything is included, you only pay for your cable / internet. All in all it's a great place to live.

Have lived at Gallery 720 for 3 years now and I LOVE IT! Candice and the leasing staff are extremely nice and always accommodating. Very secure building which I love, there is a security guard 24/7 and all of them are great and friendly to talk to. Maintenance has always been quick and responsive when I did need them for something in the apartment. Great views of the downtown area and within walking distance to the Ballpark or Washington Ave. Definitely a complex worth checking out if you are considering living Downtown!

This review is for the shady business known as Gallery 720. I'm writing this review on Yelp because they delete all reviews off Facebook that don't give them a 5 star (they deleted my 1-star review). Living at Gallery 720 has been the worst place I've ever lived. This place is ghetto and poorly run by management. It's run like a scam. I am currently up at 5am writing a review after enduring the 6th or 7th leak in my apartment. Apparently when it rains, the apartments here start leaking. The first leak I mentioned to them was ignored. During the second leak, I was told by the leasing manger that all tenants experience the leaks but residents understand that's "just how the building is built" so they deal with it. I was appalled that the leasing manager would have the audacity to say such a thing to any resident. I am currently on my 6th or 7th leak since moving in. I have to literally prove with photos or videos any issue I have in my apartment before this company will fix it. If you are one of the few people in the world who enjoys living in a leaking apartment and having your things constantly water damaged, know that the building is also temperature regulated. They deceptively fail to mention this both on tours and in your lease (most honest leases mention this). Depending on the season and outside temperature, you have very little control of the temperature in your unit. Yesterday (April 13th) the temperature outside was in the high 70s. So because the heat is still on, the temperature in my apartment at 2am is 75 degrees despite me having it turned down to 65. It won't get any lower so it's not just humid, it's sweltering!!! I was conned into coming here because I was told by the leasing manager that the place I was looking at (Soulard Market Lofts) was unsafe and had numerous break-ins. Yet the area this building is in feels deserted and unsafe. Also because some kind of a/c current is always blowing and the shower area is not fully enclosed, there is a cold draft that comes through the top while you are showering making it an extremely cold shower experience. You will feel like you are taking military showers. The garage parking situation is horrible. You pay $125 a month for parking on TOP of your rent, yet you park in an attached garage on the 5th floor (if you're lucky to find a spot). You have to take the elevator back down to the second level and cross the bridge into the building. The elevator is known to often not be working so that means you'll be trekking up 5 or more flights of steps, which is hard to do when you have groceries or luggage. There is no way to get in or out of the garage by a code, only through a keycard and they only give you one. So if you have visitors expect to go all the way down to let them in/out the garage. If you have visitors staying with you and you're at work, they can't leave during the day unless they have the keycard. On top of that, during game days or events, you have to wait in a long line to exit the garage with all of the other visitors instead of having the middle lane open for residents to quickly swipe and exit. This has made me late to work plenty of times. I am also still having issues with the dryer. It doesn't run on full heat and the only cycle that works is the 40 minute cycle. I have to run a load on two 40 minute cycles (80 minutes!!) and even then clothes are only about 70% dry. Also, everything that drops breaks on these concrete floors. You will lose a lot of money! Your feet will ache and you will have back problems from walking on concrete floors all day. Other issues I've had: the property manager has blatantly lied to me and on me and we have gotten into an explosive verbal altercation over the phone after she started screaming at me! Craziness. They also do not inform you when you have packages delivered. There is a sign saying to check the office every day for packages! I've never lived in an apartment that doesn't do the courtesy of informing you of a delivery t
