Sorry to my non-meat eating friends. Love y'all. Might want to just jump to the next review. Frandeka's is your one stop butcher right in the heart of Historic Soulard Market. The first time I ever went to Frandeka's I was absolutely blown away by the selection. There were meats and cuts that I've never heard of. No matter what you're looking for, they probably have it. From linked meats like cajun brats to hand crafted lunch meats, you won't have to make multiple stops thanks to Frandeka's. And all the prices are incredibly reasonable as well. The customer service at Frandeka's was also stellar! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They offered suggestions and also guidance on what would work best for the gumbo I was cooking. You can tell that they are accustomed to serving a high volume of traffic as they worked efficiently to help.
