I took my friend to find a few items she wanted for her small essential oil business. We couldn't have asked for better assistance. Aaron was super helpful and fun. The other ladies we encountered were also fun and helpful. She found everything she was looking to purchase. We left with smiles and laughter all around. We cannot wait to return.

A place you don’t want to work for or do business with. The managers are lousy and lazy and too busy to train the employee accurately. They just rather have you figure it out. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

If I could give this place 0 starts i would. Worst customer service ever. I bought a fridge back in December and I still have not received it. I've called over and over and no one has been able to help me. I placed my order in December because I knew i was going to need my new fridge. The fridge i have now does not work anymore and all my merchandise went bad. Horrible horrible experience. Update: I've talked to a supervisor and it's still unsure when we will get it shipped. Another 6 months?

Love the weekly emails and the ability to order online. The website is designed really well - products are nicely displayed and it’s very easy to navigate.

RESPONDING TO OWNER...Continuing from my previous review...and the Saga continues. The past due amount was settle a couple of weeks ago. Now Ford Hotel Supply has the audacity to send me a bill showing it isn't paid WITH INTEREST!!! Buyer beware. They don't know how to keep their books and they clearly lose shipments AS I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I WAS BILLED. Steer clear of this shady operation.I too share the sentiments of the previous reviewer. These people are dishonest, have horrible communication with their customers and do not deliver. We had a shipment go missing after FORD told us it went missing and was damaged. Then they never followed up. Months later we get a bill and they say pay up! Their Finance department could not find the shipment and even emailed us telling us so. After many emails back and forth to their "unfriendly customer service" explaining we never received it, a week later we received a call from a collection agency. If every time something goes wrong with FORD HOTEL SUPPLY they throw their customers under the bus, why would you do business with them?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our experience with this company has been AWFUL. Restaraunts and Hotels BEWARE. These people are dishonest, have horrible communication skills, and do not deliver on their promises. As a business owner if you can’t deliver on your promise as a vendor then there is no space for you here. Tiana was our customer service representative and she was horrific, absolutely horrific. Bought tables 2 months ago, said they would have tracking info for me in a couple weeks and in 3 weeks called me to tell me they would be there in 12 hours. How are we supposed to plan the sale of the old tables and get everything situated with that little timeframe? Then we call about our concerns (we also find out they ordered the wrong tables) and they say the right ones will be out in 2/3 weeks. After 2 weeks they call today and say your tables will be in by 1pm. AWFUL. These people just don’t get it. Tiana and the rest of Ford Hotel Supply- you should be ashamed of yourselves.
