First time visiting this location in STL. I was needing a new pair of trailrunners for an up coming vacation where we will be doing some light hiking for several days in a row. I also need a good support shoe for walking my dogs daily. Joe was fantastic and very helpful in my quest for finding the perfect shoe. The foot scan that he shared with me was very enlightening. Found out I was definitely wearing the wrong style and size shoe for probably quite some time now. I have a bunion on one foot and a couple of unique foot issues, but Joe listened to my concerns and found the perfect shoe and insert for my best personalized fit. Hoping that these lightweight trailrunners fit the bill and will break in over the next few weeks. I will definitely come back for more socks and even some of their clothes in the future. Wish I would tried this store a long time ago. I highly recommend their knowledgeable services.

I’ve had bunion surgery on both feet and my second toes shorten…I walk an average 4.5miles to 8 miles per shift at work on concrete. When I say they do through job they truly do! They have a 3D scan of both feet and I always I had flat feet but since my surgery I now have some of arch now.
Proper insoles and shoe support is critical when your work is 95% walking on concrete. Bad shoes can lead to foot pain, leg, knees, hips and lower back pain…bad shoes can throw your whole lower half out of whack.
I want to give a shoutout to Marissa wonderful lady, very natural when talking to her. No awkward high pressure sales. Conversation was very relaxed and natural. The shoe fitting didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this place for chronic foot pain or a job that you walk miles each day for!

The staff was great! I was greeted at the door with a smile. Marissa was very personable. She did an amazing job explaining my scans to me, and the products to me. I would tell any of my friends and family to visit this store!

I love Fleet Feet. The staff and their knowledge are top notch. I had gotten busy with life and had grabbed a different brand at a big retail chain.....my feet were killing me (and my plantar fasciitis had me in pain with each step). After scanning my feet, a consultation ...... I am so grateful for my new shoes, inserts and socks. I could feel improvement with my plantar fasciitis by the next day. Thank you for sharing you expertise to help make my feet happy.

When I walked in the store I was immediately addressed by Jodi. She told me there would be a wait of about an hour. I told her I knew what shoes I wanted, and she got me in and out with new shoes in about ten minutes.
