It is so Refreshing to walk into my bank and see the lovely smile on everyone faces, and the decoration are always something to see. I think Jefferson Ave First Mid Bank and Trust needs more recognition for the effort they put into making the business look grate for the community. EVERY holiday there something grate to see in there. My favorite was Black history month. Love the atmosphere and the decorum was on point.

My friend went in not too long ago to cash a check and some banker lady Karen was rude to her. Just because we look a certain way doesn't mean we shouldn't get service. She felt discriminated against and judged. I'm definitely looking to bank somewhere but if this is how dancer's get treated idk if this is where I want to bank. I'm not a dancer but s lot of my friends are. Considering I saw Shalissa that day, I know she wasn't wearing anything inappropriate. She felt so humiliated and I can't stand a bully.

Mr. Knox and I recently learned about First Mid Bank & Trust @ a meet and greet. We were able to ask question of the experienced Mr. Sean Ford. We met with him today at the awesome & friendly branch on Jefferson. He exceeded our expectations on getting our business bank account opened. He truly made the process overall smooth! I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you soooooo much Sean!!!
