Quite possibly the worst online banking experience ever. Site has an unfriendly user interface is is riddled with bugs and usability issues. i've completely lost trust in it and am ready to move banks.

I'd like to share our recent experience with FCCU regarding a bank switch from US Bank. Initially, we visited the Kirkwood location to explore the transfer process, without initiating it. Later that day, my wife visited the Crestwood location and spoke with Jennifer. She began the process, mentioning a credit freeze, but never indicated that a credit application was required.Upon resolving the credit freeze, Jennifer ran our credit check and confirmed readiness to sign. The following day, at the Kirkwood branch, we signed documents without being briefed on the credit application's content. Reviewing the paperwork later, we discovered that Jennifer had filled out the credit application using my wife's previous account details, resulting in inaccuracies.This situation has been frustrating, necessitating extensive efforts to rectify. We're grateful for Casey's assistance in the lender department. However, contacting the Crestwood branch proved challenging, with a 40-person queue.Regrettably, despite our troubles, we haven't been offered any compensation for the inconvenience caused. We're eager to see this matter resolved and believe it's important for others to be aware of our journey.

Horrible service, the institution doesn't care about its members. I'm 9 days late on my car payment and asked if they would work with me. I was informed I'd be charged a late fee and my checking account would be restricted if it became 30 days late. Zero compromise or concern. Don't do business with them.

This credit union couldn’t be any better. The people that work here are the best I’ve come across. Fast, friendly, and always have a smile on their faces. Always willing to help you with their services anyway they can.

Hurricane Ian had just hit and I needed access to funds. I am in Florida and my husband was in St. Louis. I had completed a mobile deposit on the 24th and it hadn't posted yet so I called them on 10/01 to see why it hadn't posted. I was told to call back in two days as the check was flagged for fraud and nobody was in from that department. The check is perfectly fine and it's from American Funds! I have been banking with them for 11 years!!! They didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. Mary apologized that I felt their customer service was inadequate. They truly didn't care at all. Pathetic customer service!

Opened checking and savings account with First Community and within the first 60 days debit card was hacked. I put the debit card in my home safe and never used the account for withdrawal and deposit. First Community allowed the card to be overdrawn snd then closed the account in which I was never notified of account being overdrawn, My biggest concern is my card was some how compromised and I was never notified. I never used the card but put it in my safe when I got home and when it was brought to customer service attention rep was rude and said was I sure I did not give my information to someone. Another explanation was someone could have guessed by debit card number.

Acquired an auto loan through this bank. 3 times have sent them proof of insurance. Now 3 months later they have force-placed insurance on my car. Every time they sent a letter (once a month) I have uploaded or emailed them proof of insurance and each time says it's processing. Never hear anything back. Today I call and ask why they never called me to tell me there was a problem and she says they don't call for security reasons, even to let me know if the situation gets resolved. How does this make any sense? email is not secure, mail is not secure, the online system to apply for the loan could be hacked. Horrible, horrible service.

Dave in card services made me feel like a petty thief today! Not only did this "bank" allow criminals to cash three (3) bogus checks for $1800 to my account; they made me close my account and open a new one due to the fraud they allowed, THEN some hacker charged $570 on my new account and they sent me a letter saying they can't give me my money back due to protocol since it was a new account. I called and spoke with Dave and explained that it was a new account because they allowed my last one, that I had with them for over 20 years, get hacked by known criminals. He accused accused someone in my home of using my card to make the fraudulent charges, ranging from Domino's in Florida to Outback in Maryland and Blaze pizza in NY! That's a lot of travel in 1 day! Needless to say I will be closing all my accounts with this "bank" and telling everyone I know of my experience, especially with Dave in card services!
