At first I thought that FCCU’s ad was too good to be true, but Melina Chaves was not only very knowledgeable, but very friendly. She reached out to her different resources to make sure that I was providing the right information on the loan application, and the best part is that I got approved! She proved that the ad offer was correct and not just a lure!

The new virtual teller machines are a great idea from a security standpoint but very poorly executed. There either needs to be more than two kiosks or a seperate kiosk that is only an ATM. I just needed to do a quick cash withdrawal however I had to stand in line for 10-15 minutes because I got stuck behind someone depositing a check with a virtual teller while the other machine was out of service. Meanwhile, the two employees were sitting there doing absolutely NOTHING.

The renovations are done! I’m glad the tellers are gone - the place was just getting too friendly. Now you can talk to a screen! I stopped in recently to have a transaction that took three times as long as usual… while waiting in a line with people breathing on me for ten minutes.
Laboriously paced banking AND a chance to get COVID? Sign me up!

I was so sad when this branch was closed, seeing my friends here is a happy place. They know me by name and they are always smiling with eagerness to serve. I’m so glad they are open again with more staff and opportunities to serve. Thank you guys for being here and doing what you do above and beyond your job duties.

I've had an account with FCCU since I was in elementary. I've never had a problem with any of the branches. This location in Walmart is very convenient and I have had a positive experience with every teller there today and in the past, they are so helpful and there's good energy going on there. Very helpful with all my finances. Thank you so much ladies and gentlemen.
