My daughter bought my son a pair of Air forces that didn’t fit. We just went to exchange, they didn’t have the exact color . First of all it’s not like regular shoe stores I’m used to. You tell the girl your size rye whole time she is her ohone and just stands there . It took me a few minutes to realize she’s putting the request In for someone else to bring shoe out . I guess your request is put on a screen. You can tell his many people are in front of you . We got ignored and it took so long for them to bring the shoes we needed. I’ll stick with the old school shoe stores.

Absolutely ridiculous, I seen some of your previous reviews on here and it just validated what I’m about to say. It seems race is a big issue, came in today to buy my daughter some new shoes for the school year, weren’t busy and my husband wearing his cowboy hat got no help, I took the shoes and was acknowledged right away for the shoes we wanted. No one ever followed up with those once they seen I was with him or even acknowledged after waiting a good amount of time to get the shoe size I asked for, we ended up just leaving. You would think all of these reviews that have been left going back months that this problem would be resolved by now. Missing out on a lot of money because of discrimination against certain people? Doesn’t seem worth it to me. Very petty, not how you do business. I would say if it’s not taken care of you’ll continue to see post like these from others. Also, I can probably bet that since it hasn’t been taken care of management or ownership of this store is to blame as well. Do better please.

If I could give a negative star I would. They service who they want. I was ignored and acted like I did not exist wearing my cowboy hat. So my wife then asked for help and the lady was so rude. We waited 10 minutes for our shoes for my daughter for back to school and they never arrived while watching others get their shoes and cash out. And the lady working kept telling the cashier to “ put these shoes on hold “ under the cash drawer. Saw it 4 times. On top of it… it smelled of weed horribly. Please take your business elsewhere. They need an in house cleaning and teach their associates the meaning of customer service.

Save your money and go else where or shop online. The associates are so rude. Very clear they only cater to certain kind of people. The store always recks like weed. I went in today they were rude to my child and REFUSED to honor my military ID for the discount. Absolutely ridiculous. The girl and boy working need to be unemployed asap. Corporate has been contacted over this. UPDATE the owner of the store or manager is extremely rude!!! They all are a bunch of burn out racist at that store. Time to fire everyone or close the store at this point.

If no stars was an option, I’d give that. The manager Brian was very rude and refused my return of unworn shoes with a receipt for no reason. Absolutely no reason and couldn’t give an explanation as to why. I will never shop at finish line again! None of them! I am awaiting a general manager or district managers call as I type. Wasted time and gas. I am extremely disappointed. I never write reviews but today was the day!

I continue to order shoes from them and I don’t know why. I dont get so many packages from them. Whoever they use for shipping creates label but according to Finish line the package never gets picked up? Makes no sense but this is the 3rd time this has happened to me this year! This time my son didn’t have his shoes for Homecoming! That I paid extra for expedited shipping! I’ve emailed them three times and they have supposedly refunded me on this last order but I haven’t seen the money back yet! This company is a scam! Next stop will be the BBB! Do better!

Recently I made a purchase online that was needed in 3 days for my husband's 40th birthday. I paid extra for Express shipping but was afraid it wouldn't get here in time since there was a heads up about a winter storm coming into the area. I seen that the shoes were being shipped from the west county location, so I called and spoke with a guy name Trenton(not sure if it's the correct spelling), and he delivered top notch customer service, not only did he check to see if the package had been picked up by UPS, he assured me it hasn't left the store as of yet, which gave me hope about it getting here by the 26th! He also explained how the shipping works with online purchases! Fast forward...the shoes were delivered on time. Before the call ended Trenton also wished my husband a happy Birthday. Awesome job young man! Thank you for an awesome experience!
